Honestly they have the worst customer service ever I went and ordered food for my fiance last night and he is deathly Alegric to tomatoes I had repeated twice in every item no tomatoes he is deathly allergic the guy stated there is not tomatoes and I will even make sure then I even said it after ordering and it even said in the screen no tomatoes then we pull up pay and I even asked the guy to make sure and look if there is no tomatoes in that stuff he said there was no tomatoes I would think with how many dang times I said no tomatoes deathly allergic they would keep there word and out no tomatoe I get home and my fiance took a bite and luckily he just missed the tomatoes but his food looked like it had extra tomatoes I was so unsatisfied so of course with repeating my self I call and tell them there mistake and all the girl could say was were human we make mistakes ok I understand mistakes happen but when I repeated my self asked for you guys to double check there should have been no mistake what so ever had such a struggle to get my order fixed they have such horrible service I can tell you they didnt take my problem very well but there very lucky he didnt end up in the hospital for this cause we would of had so much fun then toco bell workers need to be nicer to there customers and actually care!!!!!! Will be sharing my experience

Terrible customer service. Granted, this is coming from someone who owns his own business and values service as #1 - cashier was definitely either high or in rehab and doping. Two simple burritos should not take over 15 minutes to make. Especially when I was first in the cue... Didnt welcome me to the restaurant or even say hi, how are you doing, or act like I was standing at the counter waiting for my order for over 5 minutes. 6 minutes, 12 seconds to be exact. On the bright side, the lady, presumably the only one not high, said "have a good evening" and "thank you" on my way out. Unfortunately that is not enough to keep my business. I will be going elsewhere for burritos and tacos in Newberg.

I have been to countless fast food restaurants and never have I been treated as poorly as I was at this restaurant. My 2 small children and I waited for 40 mins for our food!! That is like an eternity with hungry kids. We NEVER got our food!!!!!!!! I told them politely I had been skipped, and they essentially kept ignoring me. Finally, they gave me a refund and we left hungry. They never apologized or tried to make things right. Horrible!!! They were extremely understaffed. Whats the deal? Maybe it is time to get a new manager who can staff appropriately? It looks like from other reviews there are plenty of unhappy customers.

I ordered 2 chapulas and a quesidilla (cant spell). I asked for baja and nacho cheese on both of them. I also asked for no tomatoes and a side of jalapeno sauce. I get home and what do I have? A nacho chalupa a baja chalupa and both have tomatoes and no side of sauce. The recipt has down exactly what I said but they totally messed up the order. I am not going to drive five miles back into town to get the order fixed to drive back five miles to my house to eat it. I am extremely disappointed especially since the receipt shows that I paid for everything and received not one correct thing.

It would be nice to be able to sit down and eat when you go inside. The idiot that came up with the seating arrangements should be fired. Never enough seats for customers, and chairs are about as uncomfortable as you can get. Older or disabled folks arent able to sit on the high stools at tiny tables, either. I and my family have pretty much stopped going here because of the customer unfriendly seating.

Its so frustrating to drive all the way home only to find you dont have the right food, even though youve been assured it was checked. And what is so difficult about putting mild/hot sauce packets in the bag? Its Mexican food! We always ask for them, then again at the window. Just today, it was left out again after being told they were in the bag! We give up.

20 mins for Baja Blast freeze.... only to be told the freeze machine was broke while Corey is handing somebody else one? Then I had to demand the difference of price for the downgrade of Baja Blast soda. I think your establishment has got to be one of the worse ran Ive ever seen. And I travel. Wow. Waited inside for almost 15 min for my order with only one customer ahead of me, just to get the wrong food. Then when i told them what was wrong the employee stared at me like i was speeking a different language and then made my order wrong again! And they think they should get paid $15 an hour

I wanted to give a shout out to Jessica I. Since it didnt give me a chance on the survey. Im not sure if the store reads these or not, but you have a good employee. She was busting her butt and keeping busy. Shes what an employee should be. Do what you can to keep her.

We have gone in several times. On one occasion, our gift card was refused. On another, we got food poisoning. On a separate occasion, our order was completely forgotten and we sat in the store for 45 minutes. Our most recent venture has produced uncut quesadillas.

I bought 2 chicken burritos and a bottle of water that apparently costs 12$ because I received 8 dollars back and some change when I gave them a 20... And I realized this when I got home, 15 minutes later. Thievery.

Literally waited 45 minutes IN THE DRIVE-THROUGH!!! If you cant make a fast food drive-through faster than me buying the ingredients, going home, and cooking them, YOU SHOULD CLOSE DOWN PERMANENTLY!
