Went to take my mom for an early Mothers Day dinner offered to pay two elderly ladies that sat behind us bill as well. However i was not expecting the total to come out $150 they had no prices on the menus and I know I should have double-checked before committing to that but the place is called farm food its in a rinky-dink little Shack of a restaurant off the highway in a town that literally only had one store when they finally brought me my bill you could imagine how mortified I felt knowing I only had $100 on me I offered to have a friend pay the remainder over the phone he would not accept that! I offered to leave my drivers license with him and he wouldnt except that! I was not trying to rip him off I was trying to do a nice thing for my mother in the elderly lady that I didnt even know. Yet he was yelling and cussing at me in front of other customers and treated us like criminals then he threatened to call the sheriff on us and i asked him to please do that!!! The sheriff let him know we didnt do anything criminal. I offered to come back to pay with the same card the rest of the balance tomorrow and assured him I got direct deposit the next day if anything. However, it took the sheriff showing up before he would work with me on anything after totally humiliating me and my mother. We enjoyed the food it was delicious but it was obviously not fresh food it was definitely pre-packaged processed food. Farm Food Restaurant in Adair Village near Corvallis Oregon

Love the place and Jim is a great guy. The outside does not do justice to the quality of the food, the interior ambience and Jims enthusiasm. Love the guy and love the place. The ceasars salad had just the right amount of background anchovies and the domain was crunchy. Had the sirloin steak with creamed potatoes and pan seared veggies. The zuchine, carrots and onion where perfectly cooked with a little crunch left. This is the only place locally that I will get a steak out. Not only was the quality of the meat excellent but it was perfectly cooked. Rare to medium rare with a dark pink hot center. This is a must try restaurant if you are in the area.

1st time here for dinner...waited 10 minutes for a table although the table was ready the entire time, got seated, got water, after 25 minutes was told we are not ignoring you just busy.....hey, there is only like 7 tables in the place......after 45 minutes, flagged down someone....asked can we at least get a bottle of wine and 4 glasses? After an hour, not receiving the wine, not being asked for an appetizer order or dinner, seeing 2 groups who arrived after us receive their food and wine, we got up disguted and left. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The food was very good, but not great. The owner believes in quality just needs more quality control on what is going out of the kitchen into the dining room than who is coming into the Dining room The service was okay, but not as good as the small and intimate setting would dictate. I truly believe in what the owner is working towards and look forward to the summer patio events this summer.

Its a quaint dinning restaurant with wonderful atmosphere. The food is divine, quality of an upscale 5 star New York restaurant. The service is by far the best Ive seen in quite sometime. It is small...doesnt seat parties over 4 but totally worth it!!! Superb! Best restaurant between Eugene and Portland!!!

Food was excellent. I had the burger and it was a an excellent burger. The star of the meal was the roasted beet appetizer with goat cheese and honey. Amazingly good. Very reasonable prices considering the quality of the food. Its a bit on the outskirts of Corvallis but well worth the drive.

First time eating at Farm Food Restaurant. We dont live too far from the restaurant, nice to have a place close to home. We want to come back on a cooler evening and sit outside! Both had the evening specials (steak and salmon) delicious!

We had amazing dinners, I had salmon and my husband the rib eye. The vegetables were perfect and potatoes yummy, we dont go out much, usually disappointed for the money but this was a treat, will be back!

It has a nice atmosphere and its great to have a restaurant like this, in Adair village. We had the lasagna and the cheeseburger and both were excellent.
