Worst Dairy Queen ever!!! When you order rings instead of fries you still pay more but, they only give you 6 almost burnt rings every time. Then when i ordered a banana split I got more flat whip cream than ice cream, almost no toppings (except flat whip cream), and then there was the banana that tasted like it had already turned brown and they just used it anyway cutting away the brown spots. This has happened on more than one occasion. I will not be returning!

Forgot sauces for chicken strip basket, black, hard charcoal like chicken in a grilled chicken wrap, and brown squishy lettuce on a burger. To top it all off, the employees were rude; short answers when talked to, shutting window in my face before I was finished talking etc. This location consistently messes up my order, but this was by far the worst. I dont think its worth going back.

This is usually our favorite Dairy Queen. Living in south Eugene its a bit of a drive, but its generally worth it. Today however, not so much. Ordered 2 $5 Deluxe Hamburger meals. The hamburger sandwiches were cold. It was almost like they had been sitting for quite awhile. We did eat them, but it will be awhile before we venture back.

The food is good as is the service. The problem I have with this place is they keep getting rid of classic menu items that are the reason I go to Dairy Queen. Also, on occasion, I have waited over 20 minutes just to order which is way too long for "fast" food.

Its a typical DQ. Their only problem is that 2 out of 3 times your order will be wrong. Especially if you go use the drive-thru or special order anything, Despite that, I cant stop going back for their blizzards and deluxe burgers.

Ordered fish sandwich with only tartar sauce and got regular sandwich. Also ordered cheese burger with only ketchup, got regular sandwich. Person at Register seemed new to process. Still have the best soft serve around.

The food is good, the Blizzards are good, and the customer service is good…most of the time. We had one employee in particular who has complained on multiple occasions about our ordering skills

Friendly enough staff, but they dont know their menu that well. No one ever knows what comes on the burgers and have repeatedly given incorrect orders. Check your food before you go.

Bananas everywhere, mop water covering myself, my Blizzard had the wrong flavor of ice cream, I wanted chocolate and got pecan. Shout out to the manager Taylor d. Clark hes fantastic

Chicken strips were cold. Bread was stale and fries were cold. Asked for gravy (twice).....they gave me ranch. Last weekgirlfriend got sick from blizzard. Done with this place.
