The food was ok but they held onto $69 for 2 tabs that werent even mine for 4 days as of today. they are pen-ding transactions and havent even called my bank to clear it up. I have contacted them everyday since and wont even call me back, I have to call them (as if it was my fault). They only told me of one of the transactions when i was there, not to mention my ticket was only $22, thank God for banking online!! Ijust hope they do whatever to free up my money!!! I have talked to 3 managers, GOD HELP THEM!!!

Love the El Chico on 71st, this was so disappointing in comparison.... The waitress was slow, inattentive and messed up not only my meal order but my drink order as well. Then to top it off when these two things were brought to her attention she did nothing to repair the issues. Almost seems like she just ignored it. The only good thing I have to say about this specific El Chico is that when I brought up the messed up meal order to the manager she was very kind and quick to take my meal cost off the check.

Good service. Good food, Consistent food quality which tends to be hard to find around here. A little over priced, not terribly. The balloon lady certainly has skills and a great personality,. The balloon animals are not free but DONATIONS which are not required but dont be "that guy" as they say. So not free give her a few bucks.

Train your staff on liquor. I probably shouldnt have to teach them the difference between 100% agave tequila and well tequila. And BTW your shots are over priced. Had to come back on here and update my visit while Im still here waiting on my check. Waitress had an attitude. You would think she would just be happy to be in America.

Ive been eating at this store forever. I did take a short break, came back with a horrible experience but this store has a wonderful store manager! fixed the issue & I also learned that other stores dont hold anything on this one. I was continue to eat at this location =)

Good place small and quite... customer service was great... price good food good enchiladas were great. Sorry no picture but it was great... small portions but satisfied .... was here in Tulsa on vacation great place to eat.
