Highly recommended! Decided to take my parents out for a nice dinner and chose Bodeans over White River because of the more formal setting. Walked in and was immediately seated at 7pm on a Tuesday. The table was clean and tidy and the floor was very clean as well. The restaurant did seem a bit understaffed but the service was still tip-top. Ordered the calamari for an appetizer which was very nicely done, light but sizeable pieces, with a very tasty dipping sauce. My folks had a house and a caesar salad both were well portioned and looked good, albeit a little pricey for salads ($6 and $7 respectively). Complimentary bread was also brought to the table but it was just average. The butter for the bread however, was outstanding as butter goes, it seemed like fresh churned sweet butter with a garlicky/salty hint. On to the meal. I ordered the Fishermans stew which had an abundance of clams, mussels, shrimp, and salmon with a king crab joint the size of a lumberjacks fist in it! Couldnt finish it in one sitting even though I am a big eater, which was ok because it is even better reheated the next day. It has a very light sauce/broth which becomes richer and takes on even more of the seafood flavors after a night in the fridge. My mother had the Lobster Gnocchi which was a sizeable portion and had plenty of lobster meat throughout the dish. The fluffy little gnocchi and the slightly spicy sauce were well paired to the lobster. It will probably be my choice next time. My father ordered the jumbo sea scallops which were larger than silver dollars and well paired with a mash of peas and a sauce that was excellent. My only complaint is that the half-dozen or so scallops looked quite naked on the plate. I know that sides can be ordered a la carte, but for $32 they could at least throw on a few spears of asparagus or a scoop of scalloped potatoes even if only to dress up the plate a little. While we were all quite full and saved no room for dessert our waiter did bring some free personal coffee cakes for us to take home. The coffee cakes were awesome the next morning, I thought about going back just to get another one! They were about the size of a grapefruit and were of a quality that you would expect to pay at least $5-8 for at that overpriced coffee chain everybody likes. In the end the bill was about $120, which, I thought was not bad for 1 appetizer, 1 house and 1 caesar salad, 3 entrees and a Dr. Pepper. TL:DR - Bodeans is the best choice in Tulsa for fine seafood dining. It is a bit pricey, but if you can afford it, then you should go.

Well absolutely poor customer service, what have restaurants espcially BODEANS come to...The manager obviously needs to fire the wait staff and hire wait staff from WILD FORK at UTICA SQUARE...They definitely need tips from WILD FORK on how to TREAT and SERVE customers.....The horrid attitude BAR SHORT HAIRED BLONDE GIRL...was absolutely despicable to me and my friend...After a long hard day at the office....we girls met up there...asked for some wine, then got the biggest wine globblets we have EVER seen and a few tablespoons of WINE in it.....for $9...each absolutely ridiculous ...even at WILD FORK we get bigger portions for $7.....then she offered us no bread or butter just attitude....WTF.......kind of show is bodeans running...My friend and i have been going there for years at the OLD BODEANS before they removed it to build the new HIGHWAY...even back then service was EXCELLENT....so BODEANS need to SHAPE UP and start pouring more wine like WILDFORK and better customer service....

My family and I went to the restaurant for my sister’s birthday. The service was decent however I think the menu prices were too optimistic. I got a plate of salmon with asparagus for $25, and I am thinking, “ok 25 dollars for salmon, this is going to be amazing!” The portion of salmon was fine but it was over cooked and dry. The asparagus were over cooked as well and soggy, not pleasant. My sister got the crab legs, which were of course delicious, but it ended there. She received an onion and zucchini medley with way to many strips of red onion, yuck. When you pay over $20 dollars for a plate you expect something exceptional, something that makes you say, “It was worth it.” I can appreciate the fact that they do have fresh seafood flown in daily, however I was expecting a far more tasteful experience. Every thing was just bland and unmemorable, actually I guess I am commenting on it but that’s because I was so shocked by the lack of flavor!

Fantastic restaurant!! We had the crab cakes and the clam cowder to start. The crab cakes are perfectly crisp and delicious, while the chowder was incredible and super creamy! Then we had the salmon and the hazelnut crusted fish. The salmon was perfectly cooked! The potatoes and asparagus were superb as well! My wife loved the peach salsa and the hazelnut crusted fish too! Then to top it off the gave us a complementary coffee cake that was wonderful! The sevice was excelent, very polite staff that constantly checked on how we were doing. Definitely recommend!!!

This place rocks! I travel for a living and to find a spot in OK that has seafood this fresh is amazing. Oysters are always fresh and terrific, served with the best champagne mignonette I have ever tasted. Great wait staff and I was pleased to meet and chat with the Executive Chef, a special touch. Dont be shy - order up! Management wants your meal to be memorable. Wine list even by the glass is remarkable. Go! Have fun and speak up if anything isnt right. Awesome nights there!

The cold water tails which we ordered were actually warm water lobsters served half raw with cold sides. When we final got the waiters attention he took the orders away and brought them back over a half hour later. Now they were over cooked and rubbery with icy cold sides. The manager could not be found, and the waiter disappeared. Poor quality, too expensive, poor wait staff, and totally over priced. Go to White Water Fish company. Twice the bang for half the price.

We went here for our first Valentines Day weekend as a married couple, had flowers delivered to the table and they were there and presented well when we arrived. The service was great and the food was delicious! The server recommended a few different wines and a beer for me as well as explained menu items well. The kind people here even gave us a laminated menu, signed that said "Happy 1st Valentines Day"! Talk about going above and beyond! Well be back! :)

I went in for lunch in my work clothes (construction worker) not knowing how nice a restaurant I was entering. I told the hostess that I was not dressed for there establishment and she replied that I was fine and seated me. The staff was very attentive and and treated me as if I was in Armani. The price was very fitting for such a fine dinning experience. The atmosphere was wonderful.

My husband and I have been loyal customers at Bodeans for several years now and the quality of the food and service has always been wonderful. The atmosphere is superb as Bodeans offers one of the only truly "fine dining" experiences in Tulsa. Make sure to try the oysters as Bodeans is the only establishment in Tulsa to offer a variety instead of the standard gulf coast.
