I am waiting for my meal and while I am I decided to write a review! Im super impressed with how they have it together! They have people outside taking orders, I assume to prevent issues and encourage clear communication. Then they get your name, and while youre not even to the window yet they bring out your drink and tell you (by name) your total. When you pull up to the window they tell you the nuggets are nearly done and asked me to pull to the left of another car and that Gideon will bring my meal. Like they seriously always impress me. And they are always (I legit mean always) are super friendly and always smiling. The bathroom inside had diapers for accidents you may have with your little babe, and a potty seat for the bigger babes to use the toilet. The manager sure knows what she/he is doing to keep it perfect every time! This place is the epitome of customer service!

This was my first time to ever visit a Chick FiL-A. Service by all personnel was superior, especially by Janelle. Her offers for refills of drinks for young children was timely, very courteous and followed by the most gracious interaction when dealing with my adult daughters disatisfaction with her grilled sandwich. Janelle is the kind of employee you and all others should strive to hire, work hard to retain and train for long term employment and management. I suggest her promotion, increase in compensation or something equally positive. In the same vane, the manager was observed ensuring the bathrooms were clean, and they were, much cleaner than most comparable restaurants. Thank you for the superb service by all, and especially by "Janelle, "in training".

This location is fantastic. When I went in there was a young man changing the trash, he immediately acknowledged me and apologized for being in the path to the register. The manager at the counter (I believe his name was Luke) was kind, courteous and quick, even though he was training someone. I ate in store and had some nice employee come around to refill my drink and ask if I needed anything else. I was sitting where I could watch the register and watch Luke interact with the trainee. He was patient, kind and seemed to be trying to instill in her confidence and great customer service without stressing the girl out. Its also nice to see the bussers and cashiers carrying around disinfecting wipes. Keep it up guys!

Ive only had one bad experience at Chickfila, and its when I found out that the most wonderful lady Ive ever met in my life was no longer working there. Amanda never failed to fill my heart (and stomach) with joy with her sweet accent and caring heart and her love for the chickfila family. Every Tuesday she never failed to put a smile on my face for my regular "chickfila date" with my Sorority house mom. This company never settles for less than outstanding service and caters to the needs of its employees and customers. Amanda, I hope you have endless success in your new job in Kentucky. You brought a light in my life just by being yourself. Thanks so much Chickfila!

I was not impressed with the menu. Everything is chicken (hence the name) and even the salads, which I expected to be a healthier option, were loaded with fattening and high carb ingredients. My order was messed up, I was given fried chicken instead of grilled, and we were charged separately for every item when ringing it up as a combo would have been cheaper ($7+ for a kids meal?!!). We werent there 15 min before workers started asking us if we needed anything every 5 minutes. It seemed like they were rushing us. I will not be back.

This Chick-fil-A can get SUPER BUSY, but they are always quick to get you through the line and have your order to you even more quickly. The drive-through is even quick! Ive never had a problem with the food and the restaurant is always clean. They have a nice play-place for your kids and a hand sanitizing station before you walk in. The staff are always friendly and this location is very involved in the community. They are always hosting fun little events!

Had been boycotting until recent events in Orlando that led to the company donating food to people who were donating blood to victims of the pulse night clubt. So my 1st time eating there. Food was great service was exceptional. They had free diapers in the bathroom and a childs potty riser along with a stepping stool. There were to many flies but hard to avoid with this extremely hot weather we are having . I was impressed and plan on eating there again !!

The staff was friendly and the food was great but what really impressed me was the womens bathroom (maybe the mens but I obviously didnt go in there). Tampons, diapers, and a childs potty seat on an rack in the stall and a mouthwash dispenser by the sink. Ive never seen anything like that, especially in a fast food place. Theyre definitely trying to take care of the customers here.

Good food, and very quick service. Line was long, and the dining room full of people. The line moved quickly and the order was taken efficiently! Food was delivered quickly and shortly after a worker came around filled our drinks.

Chick-fil-A is always a nice experience. This particular branch is probably the best one Ive been to. The staff was amazing and constantly smiling, I couldnt help but smile back. The portions were great and the food came out fast.

The service is amazing and the staff are very nice. They bring your order to the table that youve chosen to sit at rather quickly. This place is typically busy, so I tend to only to during the morning after work.

The only restaurant Ive seen that has a step-stool for kids in bathroom to wash hands. Even other places geared towards families and kids dont have that. Food is best in its class.
