When I walked into chopsticks I walked up to the wait staff and asked to a table for three, they showed us a table and told us they were slightly undermanned for the night but would happily serve us and shouldnt have many delays. After surveying the restaurant, perhaps 3 other tables all who had their food, I figured this was reasonable and wouldnt really be any big deal. After that initial encounter we waited for over 30 minutes for anyone to come back. We sat there without any water or service at all. I know they had at least 4 employees working based on seeing them all behind the counter. The restaurant remained mostly empty, but still no service. Finally some water came. We made our order of appetizers and entrees at the same time. Now, the first entrée I asked for I was told could not be made on order. I had to call in an hour ahead of time to order it apparently. However this was not mentioned on the menu. So then I went for my second choice, I was also told that while they had the ingredients, I could not order that. Again, the reasoning was all of them were frozen and it would take an hour to prepare at a minimum. I was supposed to have pre-ordered that somehow. Again, you guessed it, no mention of this on the menu. Fine, whatever. Choice number 3 looked good enough. The waiting game continues, and continues.....and continues. It has now been 30 minutes since we placed our order and NONE of our food has come out. Not the appetizers, not the entrees, nothing. Meanwhile a couple comes in after we place our order goes up to the register, orders a to go order, and gets their MULTIBOX (I literally counted 8 boxes) TO GO ORDER WHILE WE ARE STILL SITTING WITHOUT ANY FOOD. At this point we all decided the hour + wait for horrible service and no food was no longer worth it. We left. The restaurant was not particularly busy, there were multiple employees on hand, not a single one of them was running around nor working particularly fast or with any urgency, another couple who entered the restaurant over 30 minutes after us placed an order and received it while we hadnt even received our appetizers. We went to Oklahoma Joes BBQ next door and had good food, great service, and quick food delivery. The food on the menu really looks phenomenal, but no way its worth the hour + wait to have no service. If you go I strongly encourage you to leave 10 minutes after your order is placed if you dont have your food. All three of us have worked in restaurants before, we all get it when you are busy or undermanned. However this restaurant was clearly not busy and the servers were clearly not operating with any urgency. I dont normally write poor reviews but it really was necessary.

I went there one day this summer. I ordered 3 of the same thing. The waiter brought 3 of something different. When I told him it was incorrect he said he confirmed the order and offered no help. I asked for sweet and sour sauce and kept what I didnt order. Today I go back and someone else takes my order. As I start to order she interrupts me saying are you sure thats what you want? You ordered 3 of the wrong last time. Not only was she rude by saying that but she took forever to get us a spoon and my tab. The guy who took messed up our orders last time came by our table and started cleaning up with out a word or even asking if it was OK to take the plates.

The food is good, but my delivery order wasnt correct. I ordered fried dumplings and got steamed dumplings, also I didnt get my crispy noodles for my egg drop soup (not a big deal on the noodles) really not a problem with either. When I called the lady said that they are fried dumplings, I eat asian food often and these are not fried. Pretty much not a good first impression and I wont be back. I hate poor service. I would post a picture of my dumplings if it would let me.

Just moved to Tulsa. I passed by this restaurant running errands and took a look at their menu online. I am thrilled to say that I am less than a mile from the best, most authentic Korean/Chinese infused food that I have had in a restaurant. This food is as authentic as it comes. The bulgogi rivals my in-laws old school family recipe. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Look nowhere else for Chinese food in Tulsa. The champion is Chopsticks.

The service was really good. However, I ordered the cashew chicken, and the cashews were absolutely rancid. I was on a first date with a really nice person so I did not want to make a fuss - but I was so grossed out! I am just glad that he didnt notice & ask why I was not eating my food. That was the first and last time I will be going to this restaurant. Next time I will go to Golden Gate, at least I know its fresh there.

By far the best Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine I have ever eaten. Very prompt service, large servings, and great Tsing Tao Chinese beer along with other American beer choices. Fresh ingredients with great seafood options. A friend and myself have eaten many places with like foods while traveling for the military and this place takes the cake. Dont forget the price was well below for the quality of food you receive.

Staff is extremely friendly, service is always prompt and the food is great. I judge a place by its chicken fried rice. This restaurant has the most amount of chicken (and big chunks of good stuff, not gristle) of any restaurant Ive ever been to, plus they put egg in it. Its the little things... Beef with broccoli is in a delicious sauce and they are not stingy with the beef either. This is a great place!

Chopsticks is one of the best restaurants in the area. Freshest ingredients and quality preparation make for a delicious opportunity. The place is clean and well maintained. Food is plated and presented well, by highly motivated and well trained waitstaff. Its really difficult to find all those elements together in one location. Highly recommended.

Food is okay but the lady is a snob..she picks the customers to be nice to..she was cold the whole time we were eating...and just stared at us when we were leaving..not even a goodbye or thank you. the other male server was very nice tho..overall, im probably not returning

One of Tulsas best kept secrets. Chopsticks has a remarkable selection of authentic, healthy, and vegetarian friendly Chinese and Korean dishes. When ordering, skip past the standard American fare stir frys and order yourself some Bul Go Gi or Tofu Bao.

We called five times, but no one ever answered. We drove there to place a to go order and had to repeat our order twice and it was still incorrect when we got it. The shrimp egg foo young was hard, crunchy, patties - horrible!
