UI ordered delivery so I have no say on what the inside of the restaurant looks like, but the food was delivered fairly quickly and the driver was polite. As for the food itself, pricey for what you get, the portion sizes are rather small. The "Dragon Meets Phoenix" was not spicy at all and the shrimp were tiny compared to the fried coating. The fried rice is basic with no peas or any other additions, so stick with white rice. The Sesame Chicken was so-so, as was the Chicken Lo Mein, both being slightly on the bland side. The dumplings were awful. However the Happy Family was good, the Sweet & Sour Pork was very good, and the egg rolls were pretty good as well, albeit a bit greasy. All food arrived piping hot, and the restaurant threw in plenty of soy and duck sauce packets as well as a few fortune cookies. The price is what makes me hesitant to order again, but one day I may indulge should the craving strike.

Probably worst experience Ive had at an omaha restaurant ever. Dont usually go out of my way to post a negative review but this place really deserves it. My pepper steak with onions came out in less than 60 seconds, and looked like lightly predigested shish kabob. I took one bite and could tell the meat wasnt even cooked (it was at least lukewarm, Ill give them that!) I politely told the guy at the counter and he adamantly insisted that "this is beef!" and that it was SUPPOSED to be the color of a used tampon that has been steeping in toilet water for a few hours. Fascinating how the staff hasnt died of multiple parasitic infections yet. They must know not to eat their own filth. In the end he begrudgingly gave me a refund and then told me to get out.

My coworkers and I decided to order chinese food to our work. I didnt check the food when I got it and we got busy on the floor. 45 minutes later I came back to distribute the food to my coworkers and noticed my order was missing. I called them to tell them that and the guy accused me of lying and kept asking are you sure? When I rassured him that Im sure he then went on to suggest that my coworkers took my food!!! He kept saying he know his delivery man delivered everything and Im not looking hard enough for it! In the end, I had to get off the phone from frustration!! The delivery time was prompt Ill give them that. But customer service needs some major update.

Ive been ordering from them for years. Consistently headed downhill, never improving. Tonight is my last disappointing experience with these assclowns. Driver called for me to come out to his car (as usual). Food was thrown in the bag by appearance. Main dish was in a container no bigger than the container for the rice. Hardly any meat floating around in whatever juice they cooked it in. Crab Rangoon tasted horrible (that was different). Overall, the clumps of rice were the only part of the meal my tastebuds could handle. Now, Im off to get some real food.

The food may be really good but How ever it has a poor health record and they arent clear on advertising. From what Ive seen of the front with the filthy front desk and makeshift room by the dining area Im not surprised the health inspector shut them down for a while. The front has a painted window that says free delivery for orders over $10 and the menu says $15. I found out that in fact they only deliver if the order exceeds $15 and that is after they charge $1 for delivery and for orders under $15 there is no delivery option at all.

I used to get their food all the time, but the quality has gone severely downhill in the last year. 2015-16 The last few orders of sweet and sour chicken was aweful. The chicken was hard as a rock and tasted bad. The steamed dumplings were horrible and the General Chow chicken was too hard to eat. The rice was overcooked and Shrimp was rubbery. I asked for a refund and was told they dont refund anything. DONT EAT HERE.

Used to be one of my favorite places until we ordered from there last week omg they couldnt find my house and the driver called to verify my address he screamed at me for giving a fake addreas so i gave the phone to my husband and immediately he was hung up on. Never had i been so disrespected by a delivery driver in my life the food is subpar and boring i can make better food than what they provide

I am a pretty big fan of Chinese food so I try new places all the time. This one is, by far, the worst Ive had in Omaha. I dont know what was wrong with the food, but it tasted like it had gone bad. I threw it away and took the trash out so my dogs wouldnt get sick by getting in the garbage. Hoping my order was just a fluke, but this place had some of the worst food, Chinese or not, Ive ever had.

If I could give this place a zero I swear I would the shrimp fried rice is absolutely terrible the shrimp taste like rubber I called them to inform them and the clerk wouldnt let me speak with a supervisor and they refused to refund me. The rice was way over cooked. I wont recommend anyone to eat here

Ive ordered delivery from China Town at least 20 times in recent years. Food is good. I called them tonight 40 minutes before they close and they told me they are closed. They normally deliver in about 15 minutes. I guess if you want delivery you should give them a two hour heads up.

Very very disappointed. Ordered sweet and sour chicken for delivery around 7:09 PM Thursday the 22nd of June 2017. Delivery time decent. However, many of the chicken chunks were hard and completely dried out. Needed to be thrown out. Not good experience at all.

We ordered no onions and extra chili sauce on the side. We got onions in our rice and no extra chili sauce. The food was not great, either it was greasy. I will never order from here again. Not even worth one star.

The best Chinese in Omaha no doubt. Definitely NYC style/taste, fast delivery and pick up orders, good prices, fabulous taste. Chicken lo mein, crab rangoon, and beef egg foo yung is what we get and theyre amazing.

I love the food, it is good. but we keep getting mixed answers on delivery. If we go in the store they say they deliver, every time we call in they say we DONT deliver there. Guess I am going to stop trying.

Horrible place. People who answer phones never understand what you are ordering. Then get all the orders delivered wrong. They also yell at you. Horrible customer service and need to be put out of business.

Was not what I expected, though my noodles are okay, my dumplings are extremely large and the dough is very thick! Not my fist choice for Chinese takeout. However they are friendly and quick to deliver.
