Totally Dissatisfied
This place is ridiculous. First of all, I called for an order to be delivered. I specifically asked what was in the sweet and sour chicken and in the fried rice. I was told there was broccoli in the sweet and sour chicken (which I questioned because that seemed odd to me) and I was told the friend rice had egg, carrots, peas, and onion. I told them I wanted to add sautéed onions to the sweet and sour chicken and I wanted one of the fried rices with NO onion. When I got the order, it was completely wrong. There was no broccoli in the sweet and sour chicken as told and they added big hunks of raw onion, not sautéed. There was no egg in any of the fried rice and we wanted egg and they put onions in All of them. I do NOT eat onion, so I did NOT want onion in mine and it was all in it. I called to complain and was yelled at by some woman that doesnt hardly speak English and told broccoli does not come in the sweet and sour chicken, even though I was specifically told it was and she even asked the girl that took our order and she told her that she was also told that broccoli came in it. Then the lady acted like I was the bad person and that she would give me another fried rice and that was it, but she said if I wanted it, I would have to come get it!!! Really??? I ordered delivery because my son had surgery that day and I was not about to leave him to go up there. I was not offered a discount or anything and was not even given an apology and was treated with total disrespect. These people are crazy if they think I am ever coming back here and I will forever tell everyone I know how horribly I was treated, how completely wrong our order was, and how they gave me wrong information, but yet were not willing to correct it. It was so bad, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. Its too bad for them because I order Chinese a lot, but they just lost my business and everyone in my familys business too!!!

My mother and I ate here for lunch. Firstly the service consisted of a woman who spoke minimal English taking orders and trying to communicate with the guests. We both ordered fried rice as our entree, shrimp for hers, pork for mine. After two bites neither of us could continue. The pork was overcooked and tasteless, the shrimp rubbery. When the waitress came to check on us we explained that the food was flat out not good, but the language barrier again was a problem. Instead of doing anything for us, we were offered Togo boxes, and charged full price. I wouldnt feed this to my dogs. Word of warning do not waste youre time with this establishment. Taste of China, more like Taste of Garbage.

A group of friends and I went to go have dinner at China taste. One of my friends recommended it so we went . we ordered different plates and unfortunately I didnt like my plate and I told the waiter and she didnt do anything about it. When it came time to pay they were trying to make me pay for a dish I took one bite off and didnt even like. They were really rude about it and gave me the I dont care you still going to pay face!!!! all restaurants offer something else instead of the first entree or take it off the check!!! but yeah service was bad! food ok they should have a different policy!!! but yeah last time I go to that place next stop panda express !!!!

I only chose 1 star because it would not let me post this without choosing a star. But they deserve 0 stars. worst food i have ever eaten! i will never order from them again. I was at work and couldnt leave so i asked if they could bring me something different. She told me i would have to pay for a new order and it had to be over $10.00. I ordered combo fried rice and it looked like they just threw it together and the soup was so thick and looked like some kind of thick mucous. NASTY AWFUL

We have tried them all. By far the most consistant in taste, quality and service. Delivery is always on time and fast. We always buy extra to eat later in the week. A few issues with the wrong wontons. They tend to send the ones that are not fried. So I would pass if you want fried wontons, or dont be surprised if they are not fried. This by far is some of the best Chinese we have ever eaten. We order every week!

This is the best chinese place in rockwall since wan fu some reason shut down. Have always been happy with the food we have got over the years except for last week. Ordered hunan beef but it seemed that they accidently made pepper steak & then tried 2 throw all the other veggies n to make it look like hunan beef. Hope it was just a 1 time mistake because we eat here often.

Ordered $70.00 in food just to have to wait an hour and call to find out that there internet has been down for over a month. Please if you are going to offer order online keep up with the service as you would your restaurant. i can only imagine how awful the food and cleanliness is if they cant even keep up a web-site!

I love this place so far best Chinese food here in Rockwall, TX I love their lunch special its nicely costy. You get an egg roll, choice of soup, chips and dip of sweet sauce and your entree all for $6.50, this last 7 days a week from 11am to 3pm. But you gotta try to judge it yourself ^_^

The only reason the Decor didnt get higher marks is because the booth seats need some work. Otherwise, the place is clean, comfortable, and well spaced. The food is delicious! The staff is very patient and friendly. I am a first time patron but would gladly return.

Ordered take out & got the orange chicken, fried rice & noodles. The only thing that was close to tasting ok was the rice, the noodles are absolutely disgusting & the orange chicken was awful. This is the worst Chinese food Ive had EVER BEWARE n over priced!

I mainly get delivery and it always comes pretty quickly and is always hot. The food is the best Chinese Food around. Have tried many different items off of their menu, and I love the Orange Chicken. Their soups are delicious too. So glad I live near them.

The steamed dumplings were among the best Ive tasted. But from there, the feast of the food was just okay. We visited at about 4:30pm so, there was no other customers, but we still waited long periods for our waitress to come by. Will not be back.

Placed an order for delivery for two. I live less than a mile away. Waited two hours. Also was not impressed by the food. If you do order from this place. Do be sure to order far in advance unless you pick it up yourself
