I admit, I was certainly less than impressed! My husband came home after a long trip and we wanted something really tasty. Normally we go to S&Bs but this was on the way home and we decided to give it a shot! I expected them to be MUCH more similar than they were... the ambiance was certainly close but thats about it. At S&B I normally purchase the "Smokin Okie" which is a bacon burger with jalapeños and bbq sauce. Incredible on your taste buds... so I ordered the BBQ Bacon Theta and added jalapeños. The entire burger paled in comparison. If this burger was "good," S&Bs burger was "AMAZING." Not only did The Garage really skimp on the BBQ sauce (I had to check to see if was even there!) but the bun was tasteless. Okay, okay, I know its "just" a bun but S&Bs "just a bun" apparently is way better. Didnt know this until I tasted the bun at The Garage. :( We also ordered the sweet potato fries for $3 and I exclaimed out loud when I saw them, "Thats IT?!" It was a bloody handful. For $3. You get double that over at S&Bs for $2.50. They were also very bland, which is sad because thats what my husband was looking forward to the most! Hed talked about sweet potato fries the whole time he was away. He purchased the Spicy Chili Verde burger and didnt even eat it all, I had a bite and it was lacking even more in flavor than my own! Compared to S&B it was a pure letdown. HOWEVER, Im still giving it 3 stars because its not like it was horrible, lol, we were simply expecting something better, something in the same taste realm as S&B. Lets say Braums hamburgers are a 3 on the scale from 1-10, and S&B burgers are at 10, The Garage was probably sitting there around a 7. Bottom line: Dont expect S&B unless youre going to S&B, lol. EDIT: I forgot to add, there is a noticeable price difference from S&B to The Garage which I suppose means youre paying an extra $2 per burger for taste. The Garage: $5-$7/burger. S&B: $7-$9/burger.

If you are in the mood for a burger and beer then its hard to beat The Garage. They got one of the widest variety of burger choices around ranging from their Grilled Jalapeno Bacon Cheeser to The Sticky Finger (peanut butter, bacon bits, jalapeno relish and cheese). Theyve even got a variety of frie options from regular to my favorite choice the garlic parm fries. I can definitely say that Ive never regretted a decision Ive made when it comes to a burger. Theyve also got a nice bar and decent beer selection with something rotating on draft. Ill regularly stop by and order a burger to go and by the time Im done with my beer my order is ready. You wont regret stopping by for a bite to eat.

The prices are fair, but the food is delivered with a nice layer of grease, complimentary roll of paper towels at each table! The atmosphere was terrific, playing 70s to 90s rock with sports and the movie Hook in the background for my first actual visit. The only downside is its too popular to simply pop in and order at any given moment. I saw the line and bolted a couple times on a weekend night. Still a line during week nights but it was tolerable. It just shows how great everyone else thinks it is.

The burgers were great, hot , juicy and big. The fries were little stubbs of greasy potatoes. When a man came and asked how our lunch was we showed him the fries and his response was " well you just got the bottom of the bag" he meant the last in the frozen bag are always broken and small. We were finished and he did offer to get us some more but we declined. He did not apologize for the poor quality. The prices are good and the food came fast.

Overall not a bad place, a lower end venue for food with good flavor profile direction. Fries are not good-chips are a solid substitute), they use some imitation dairy products, the ambiance is loud and noisy, but still worth a gander if extremely casual is on order. Only real problem was nachos, with a thin cheese sauce for the cheese attribute, I would suggest avoiding. Bar is good, though not real efficient (design not employees).

Awesome burgers & fries. Have tried about everything on the menu & so far havent found anything I dont like. Got the chili dog last time & it was good. The southwest fries are very good, we always get those to start and I have to have an order of the fresh cut fries too. Great place, good service, good food. Glad they opened one up on 122nd & Rockwell, used to have to drive downtown OKC to eat.

The manager, Brad, is a douche. He lets others sit at tables on crowded nights when recent cancer survivors and long-standing customers have been standing forever. Also, the second weekend of December 2016, Brad allowed a customer to get blisteringly drunk, hit on lots of customers in a Trump-like fashion, and allowed him to stay. Foods OK, and the bars pretty good.

Ate there for the first time today. Food was very good. But the manager sure could use an attitude adjustment. I wouldnt be surprised getting an attitude from an employee, but a manager, really? Youre supposed to be a role model for your employees. Not show them how to NOT treat a customer. Kinda ruined my first experience. Dont plan on going back to this location.

Got food poisoning! Felt like I was going to die! Stop leaving your sourcream at room temperature! Its called the temperature danger zone and it can make people very sick! My fiance and I both got sick that night off their food! I cant even eat a cheeseburger from hardly anywhere now! Thank you for my miserable dinnig experience!

These are the best burgers ever. Ive had the cheeseburger, the fried onion burger, the bacon avocado ranch burger, the slaw burger, and the bacon wrapped chili cheese dog as well as regular fries, sweet potato fries, house made chips, and chips and queso. I love it all. I could eat here at least once a week and sometimes do haha

I was there for 20 minutes and watched the employees wipe tables, do the trash, wipe their face, and pick food off the floor. Then not once wash hands before touching customers food or their beverages. I talked to the manager and he was like it happens. I will not back be going back with those poor standards of food service.

Good food, and atmosphere. Only reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5 is I ordered a chili cheese dog and the person working the register even repeated back chili cheese dog but put in chili cheese burger. Once I got the burger and I told them I had ordered a dog they did offer to replace it with the correct item.

In terms of taste, this is the best place Ive found so far in the area to get a good burger. There are lots of good options to choose from and the chili fries are tasty. Sometimes the seating is cramped and when the parking lot is full, I skip it all together because the line is long and its hard to find a seat.
