The option was a "HAMBURGER" and I ordered a HAMBURGER, what I got was CHEESEBURGER. In fact for some reason, I got double cheese. I requested large fries, got small, asked for catsup, didnt get that napkins, or straws! The guys working were more focused on the cute little girls that kept walking in. My wife even told one of the guys he wasnt too bright and when he got the napkins, he turned around and told her thank you - not even trying to listen. The burgers were smashed when being cooked and all the juices ran out - very dry. The onion ring were cooked in what tasted like week old grease. The old place was my absolute favorite when I went to Sam, this new place just crapped on their good name!

Historically, Mr. Hamburger was wildly popular in Huntsville. It was an "old school" drive up/walk up place and had crazy good hamburgers and unusual menu items that locals long for and miss. The old building, I imagine, was a health-code nightmare, but nobody cared. The new place is good. Very good hamburgers though some complain that its a bit slow. That doesnt bother me. I dont mind waiting a little for very good food. The atmosphere is good. I still long for some fun old-time menu items served up like they were in the past. I fondly remember the cup of fried shrimp, for example. But, alas, a killer burger is a killer burger and you can get one here.

I was a little sad they dont have brisket tacos or brisket fries anymore as I specifically had them in mind when deciding to stop by, but these things happen. The original was still delicious, as were the fries. My malt wasnt that good and the banana pudding may have gone passed its expiration date. But overall, a nice meal and one of the two best burgers in town. Ingredients tasted fresh on my burger and the fries cant be beat in town. Also, no longer honoring student discount I was told. Maybe that onlyvapplies during the academic school year.

Weve eaten there many times, due to the "Kids Eat Free" (with purchase of adult meal) every Tuesday. The service is consistently good and timely. The workers: always friendly and helpful. The menu has been expanded recently to include chicken options. The burgers are really good! So are the burritos and chicken options. The price is also reasonable compared for the good quality. Good atmosphere! I enjoy introducing people to Mr. Hamburger. Their fries are nice, but I miss their old fries. Very family friendly!

Food was great like always but the lady at the drive through with the gages was on her phone we asked for ketchup and a fork so my wife could eat her frito pie with we didnt get neither and she almost dropped our food while giving it to me because she was on her phone and not paying attention but great food never had a problem here before also my fries where not fresh and where soggy and black

Very good burgers and the menu is inventive but not crazy. If you like cheese on your burgers, dont forget to add it since it doesnt come standard on half of the burgers. The fries are good but not great (theyre too thin). The shakes are very good. Skip the drive-thru and go inside. They have a hard time hearing you and vice versa and its hard to tell that they got your order right.

I was in the Huntsville area for several days and was looking for something better than fast food. Enter Mr. Hamburger. Terrific atmosphere, scrumptious hamburgers, friendly staff, reasonable prices, fast service, and good old fashioned music too. I highly recommend the "Old Sparky" burger with jalapeños added and onion rings. Whatever you get, you will love the experience.

This 50s style classic diner is where its at! The "Killer" burger is amazing. The fries are delicious, the best Ive had in years! I love that they dont automatically put mayo and mustard on your burgers. The brisket was practically melt-in-your-mouth tender and the atmosphere was vibrant. Eat out on the patio, the view is great.

The location is a little off the beaten path but, well worth the slight detour from the freeway. The menu is all about the Burgers and they are made with love. Its an old school diner atmosphere and the dining room is quite cozy. They are always running some sort of Special and its always priced just right.

This place sells as fine a hamburger as you will find any where. Always good food and excellent service. Also it is a nostalgic experience. They have many old photos of Huntsville of the past. And the facility has been converted from an old Sinclair service station. An interesting place.

Best burger in Huntsville for sure. If youre passing through Huntsville you have to stop and try this place. The fries are always good. There are many different combos of hamburgers to try. My only complaint would be the booths are a little uncomfortable. The restaurant is always clean.

The hamburgers are the specialty, but the brisket fries and milkshakes were definitely the highlight for me. The do a great burger and have some interesting variations (deep fried burger patty with hot sauce). I havent tried the poboys or chicken sandwiches yet but look forward to it.

The drive thru took like 30 minutes from time we got in line to time we got food. There were only 3 cars ahead of us. Our milkshakes ended up not being right either. Hamburgers and fries were right and really good! This drive thru usually takes a really long time from my experience.

Have not been disappointed by anything I have ordered. Burgers are as good if not better than any old school diner I have been to. Im picky about brisket and you have to try theirs. Good prices and friendly staff. What more could you ask for? I recommend them over 5 Guys any day.

I actually REALLY liked it. Sooo greasy, but theres something about it being greasy that makes it good. Hope that makes sense... And the prices are very reasonable. I would compare the prices to Wendys or Jack-In-The-Box. Maybe cheaper by a dollar or so, depending what you get.

Its our first time here and we must say these are the best burgers we have had in a very long time. Fresh, flavorful and down right mouth watering. We both went for the onion rings and could not believe how good they were. First impression 10! We will be back ;)

Great burger, fries and shake. The burger tasted relatively fresh and the shake was well done. The service was normal speed, not lightening fast, but not slow. Im okay with that because they cooked my burger fresh rather than pulling it from under a heat lamp.

Awesome burger! You can hardly open your mouth wide enough to eat the King Kong burger. The burger itself tasted very good, no fillers in this burger. It is pure beef. Service is friendly and fast in a cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Great Place! Clean restaurant, super friendly, fast service, and food was awesome!!! Wished I lived here. I would definitely be a regular!!! I had the Professor burger and it was like eating a Mediterranean Pizza and hamburger in one! Yummy!!

Mr. Hamburger is the best place to get a quick burger or chicken sandwich in Huntsville for sure. Their malts are also delicious. My only gripe with the place is some of their experimental burger recipes leave a lot to be desired.
