Love the chain, hated our experience here. We arrived and were seated immediately, but our server was really slow to get to us. Ten minutes later we had drinks (mostly just waters), and then she left. After 30 minutes and me going to get another server, we had our orders in (two burgers and macaroni and cheese). After over an hour of waiting, our food came out. Our plates were burning hot from being under the heaters for a long while, but the food was a different story. The macaroni and cheese was cold, the burgers were so overcooked they were crunchy, and the fries were cold. Our server told us she was bringing out more fries as she knew that they were old, but she never did. My burger was made incorrectly and was virtually inedible. After a few bights, we all started feeling unwell. My sister spent the rest of our time there in the bathroom. Neither me or my mother finished our meals. I found a manager to explain what happened, and I was very civil. There was no unkindness, and she was grateful for our feedback. She gave us fries to go (as our server never brought out refills), and took off part of the cost of the meal. Again, I LOVE the Red Robin chain, but I will not be returning to this location, again. Disappointed in the food, the service, the cleanliness, and our overall experience.

WORST SERVICE EVER! We walked in and the hostess seated us instantly thats the only good thing. Next we waited 10 min before the waiter came to our Table to even introduce himself. We gave him our food and drink order. Only thing that was good is prompt food making however it was canceled out because for whatever reason they put mayo on our banzai burgers... This is the only thing I ever get from red robin so I know for a fact it doesnt come with mayo along with the teriyaki sauce. Just the sauce! So made our burgers gross. We didnt get to complain due to our waiter never even checking in on us not even once. My boyfriends peach tea needed refilled and mine did too yet he didnt acknowledge us. The restaurant was dead only 4 other tables. 2 in which was seated after us! 1 of the previous ones left right after we sat down. Oh and he didnt tell us that we could pay for it at our table so we sat there 10-15 min waiting for the check or to see if he would even come check on us. We paid and Ill be honest I made sure NOT to leave a tip. It was disgraceful and we walked out. Hostess wasnt even at her stand to say bye to us or anything. We will NOT be back. I know Lubbock is pretty horrible for their service but this was just ridiculous! If I could give it 0 stars I would.

We went to Red Robin after church. It was around 1:00pm and the big church rush had thinned out. We were seated right away and had a super waitress. Had our drinks, some onion rings, and a few "your order will be right out" from our waitress. After, literally, an hour we still didnt have our burgers. Other tables seated after us were already eating. I asked the waitress for our ticket, to pay for drinks and onions rings, but we werent waiting any longer. She apologized again (wasnt her fault) and offered us free dessert. I declined, stopped the manager on our way out, he offered to comp the meal; but it still wasnt ready. Drove through a Canes chicken shack on the way home. Ill try RR again, but not any time soon. Eaten at a RR in Amarillo, and it was fine, but I havent eaten anything here but onion rings-they were great, just not much of a meal.

We were seated at a dirty table and had to wait to have it cleaned. Food took a while to arrive despite us going during a slow time. Once the food arrived it was excellent! Prices were a little high for what Id expect. My kid ordered a chocolate milk. When we asked for a refill the server said that she would have to charge us again because its not bottomless. On the kids menu it clearly states that it is bottomless. When I pointed this out to our server, she said "the kids chocolate milk comes in a little bitty cup and I would have to run back and forth to refill it." After that we ended up getting charged 2.79 for the chocolate milk that was supposed to be included in the kids meal. WOW.

I become a joke. I felt like i humiliated to go all the way drive there and order the burger to go,tbey were closing,so i guess they would less care about company standard and food quality. I end up to receiving dry Burger with few items less inside my burger, because they were hurry on closing the door but unfortunately I pay the full price for it and that wasnt it so i called rite away to speak to manager,and appeers to be she would less care about customer service as well. She end up to justifying refunds in less then 3 minitues over the phone,but didnt even care to listen all the way how wrong and dry burger are made. I will sure note going back there ever again

Food is always consistent when I visit with my sons or with friends, have visited at all times of the day and evening and it has always been very consistently good. The service is good and our servers are always attentive and refills are quick. We always enjoy coming here and trying new things and have rarely been dissatisfied. We always get visits by a manager doing table touches. I think the sweet tea could be a bit more sweet, its about the only non consistent item. But being from Texas Im a bit more critical about my tea. ;) Great place though.

Very disappointed in one the service, two my two kids and I waited for an hour for our food and upon arrival, our food was cold and I had to return it, then had to wait a while before the manager even came to our table. I thought it was terrible that we had to wait for an hour for cold food. Even the table behind us had to return food due to theirs being cold as well. I will not be returning back to this location because the Lubbock location is no good.

If you actually want to be served food, you should totally AVOID this place! The place was empty! They set us in a back room BECAUSE we had an 8 year old, a 2 year old AND a LUBBOCK POLICE OFFicer! So promises of food and s full 45 minutes later EVERYTHING was Cold. They promised new food which would. E hit with immediate fresh fries. But still NO food. The manager, waitress and staff alI LIE. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place!

I really love this place. The burgers are really high quality and the service is very friendly. My only criticism is the portion of the bottomless sides. I mean, if its going to be that small with not too frequent/fast replenishing, it should not be called bottomless. I believe the portions should increase and the service should be faster to refill those sides. Other than that, great place! :) Highly recommended.
