I have NEVER been so insulted or treated more rudely at a restaurant. We came in a group when there was hardly anyone else in the restaurant. The lady spilled bulgogi juice on one of us, told us to be quiet, made one of us move, and got one of our orders wrong. After we all paid, she insisted that one of us forgot our bulgogi. However, that was the order she got wrong, and took back. We had all paid full price, and for all of our meals (with a ticket she refused to break up by the way), and wouldnt let us leave until we paid for the bulgogi she took back and my friend didnt even order. Not only was our waitress INCREDIBLY rude, impatient, and just flat out awful, but the food was not very good, and Ive had Korean food from other restaurants AND in Korea. Our group was international, with at least 7 nations represented eating that night. We were all INCREDIBLY displeased, NONE of the 16 of us will EVER go back to that AWFUL place. No human being from any culture for any reason should be treated the way we were AT A PUBLIC RESTAURANT.

AWFUL service, Unimpressive food! The owner/manager (older man) never even speaks to or otherwise acknowledges the customer. When we were there recently, he sat at the table right next to ours and cranked up the volume on the TV as if we were "interrupting" him. He gave little more than a grunt while ringing up the bill. When she realized my husband is Korean, our waitress began saying annoying/rude things about our baby so that she could brag on and on about how great her own children are instead of taking our order. When she got the not so subtle hint that this is NOT why we came to the restaurant and that she should get a life, the food she brought out was much worse than in the past-- its gotten skimpier, the squid was oddly oily and full of MSG, and the side dishes werent fresh-- not at all worth the price. At least in early 2009 (the last time we ate there) there was ONE server who wasnt rude and a handful of decent dishes that werent too overpriced. Now theres NOTHING. Forget this place- go to Jeon Ju on Sooner Road instead!

This is the WORST Korean Restaurant in the United States!! The food might be just ok, but the service and staff are horrible!!! First, they wont even bother to come to your table for at least 15 minutes or more, then they scowl at you if you are NOT Korean and say rudely "what you want?". They dont really care if you eat there or not and would prefer that you just leave. I know how to use chopsticks, but not everyone in my party does, and if you DARE to ask for a fork, its like you are committing a CRIME! Then, they still wont bring the fork. You have to get up and go find one yourself. If you want drink refills, GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!! You have to again get up and go find your own refill. Also, you will not be greeted when you enter, but they will just ignore you and you will NOT be thanked upon leaving. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever seen. I wish that there was FIVE MINUS STARS!!!

The food here is very good. It should be a five star but they do not always serve exactly what you order although they will charge you for it. I usually order Bulkokee Dolsot Bee Bim Bap with Beef Bulkokee, Number 18 on the menu...which is very good, however, sometimes its like they think I dont know what Im ordering and they serve it wrong. But they always charge me for it. Once they served me the BeBimBap and the bulkokee but they did not serve it dolcot. Then today, they served me the bulkokee and rice dolocot style but no bebimbap. Bulkokee is Korean BBQ, Bebimbap is rice in bowl with mixed vegetables and dolcot is they way its served: in a very hot heated stone bowl. This makes the rice crunchy. Its all supposed to be in the bowl together with an egg cracked on it. Just wishing they would stop thinking that Americans do not know what theyre ordering...WE DO KNOW!

I was in Oklahoma City two weeks ago and had the urge for some spicy food. Someone recommended this place, so I drove out of the way for this. I ordered the Yukejang, which is a spicy beef soup. The Yukejang, along with the kimchi and other side dishes, were entirely inedible. Although I barely touched the food, no one bothered to ask me what the problem was. I dont see how this stuff could pass for good food to anyone, much less people familiar with Korean food. I think Ill just stick to the Vietnamese on 23rd next time Im in Oklahoma City.

First, I have to say I used to like B-Won alot. This was my first time in awhile though, and the food was awful. I had it to-go. It wasnt even close to warm. And the fried rice (hah who gets fried riceat a korean restaurant) was clumping together like it was old. When I called and told them about it. They could care less. I didnt expect my money back, but an apology for such horrible food would have been nice. I wonder if it was just a bad day, but I wouldrather not try again.

Ive been eating at B-Won for many years and have never had a bad experience. The food is always good. They give you assorted appetizers with every meal, lunch and dinner. I always get one of the Bee Beem Bap dishes, which is served to you in a hot clay pot. Beef Bulkokee is my favorite with the hot sauce they give you. There spicy hot stir fried squid and octopus is good as well. The place has always been clean and friendly.

We went there because of other korean restaurants were closed and no choice left. Anyway, from the first feeling was bad. The lady who was serving the area was kinda rude not polite. I agree with what Danny was telling. This place is out of my choice ever, will never go there again. Food was not fresh, side dishes were really sucks. really, the waitress/owner lady was not good at all. I would not recommend this to anyone...

We came here last Monday, 01/11/2010. Guys and Girls, stay off this restaurant! You will feel like you are comming a Salvation Army place asking for free food!!! This restaurant is disgusting in the sense of looking, tasting, feeling, ... The lady who served us was an insulting thing that ever happened in my life. They should not even get a star on this review!!! Unfortunately, I can not leave the blank in star area.

B-Won used to be my favorite, but no more. My family & I thought of B-Won as the best in OK county, what happened? The service is poor, the portions are small & what happened to the variety of side dishes that are standard for Korean meals??? Its so small that youll need to bring a magnifying lens to see it. Did I forget to mention that the only thing that B-Won drastically increased are the prices; ridiculous.

I loved the lady who was waiting on us. Even though we came in 30 minutes before closing, she was still extremely friendly. Food was delicious -I got the galbi and my girlfriend got the dolsot bimbimbap with the fried squid appetizer. Everything was awesome and reasonably priced. A++ definitely would eat again if I ever pass Oklahoma city.
