Hands down the best Korean food you can eat! With that being said the waitress 12/12/14 at 4:45 PM was the rudest wait staff I have ever encountered in my 40 years being alive. She has been our waitress about the past 3 times we have been there and it has never been an overly pleasant experience but tonight she outdid herself. My husband and I and two TEENAGE BOYS, eat here at least twice a month and maybe order a take-out another time in any given month. We have been regulars at this restaraunt for the past 6 years because the food is so good. The times we had eaten there before she became a waitress there, when we ran out of a side we didnt even have to ask for more they would ask us if we wanted more. When my family requests more sides (very politely) she acts as if we are the fattest bunch of lazy Americans she has ever seen! Tonight she said, with a look of utter disgust on her face, "Really?, I gave you enough sides," which was one only of the initial set-up (and we never ask for more than 2 and then its only for a few of the originals-usually kimchi and potatoes only). I think she knew she had crossed the customer service line after she said it, and if she didnt then she knew by the $2 tip we left her. On the way out of the restaraunt she pushed the blinds open to give us a dirty look (I guess for the lack of tip). When I got home I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager and she replied "they are not here." I asked if their was an e-mail they could be reached at and, drum roll please......SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE. Wow. So here I am writing a negative review on my familys favorite restaraunt, all because of one BAD, RUDE, waitress. Everyone is entitled to a bad day but she is 4 for 4 now. Sorry Dong A, we will miss you.

Service was terrible! Went there last night, and the first thing the waitress does is wave us in the general direction of an open table when we walk in. Doesnt say anything, just dismisses us to a table. She takes a solid 10 minutes to acknowledge our existence, take our drink and food order. We tried to order some sushi for a appetizer but our waitress says "Its too late for sushi, no sushi, we close at 9." It was 8:15. We order other food, which was good quality. The one thing that pissed me off to high heaven, was that another couple came in and ordered about 15 minutes after we did, and evidently they were related to our waitress as they did not pay at the end of the meal. I hope they were related, and that the following incident wasnt purely because the other customers were of asian decent. When my father-in-law and my food arrived, she brought it to the table, and returned to the kitchen to get what we thought was my wifes meal. She brings the food right past our table, and serves it to the table with her friends/family that came in 15 minutes after us, and it takes about another 15 minutes for my wifes food to arrive. SHE SERVED MY WIFES MEAL TO THAT OTHER TABLE, AND MADE MY WIFE WAIT ANOTHER 15 MINUTES WHILE THEY MADE ANOTHER. We had to sit and pick at our food to not feel bad about my wife having to wait while the other table ate her food. I will NEVER eat at this location again, and it will also be told to anyone that will listen as an example of TERRIBLE SERVICE. I LOVE Korean food, and I would rather never enjoy their food again because of the insulting service I received.

I just moved to Moore within five minutes of this place. After we made our order over the phone, we immediately left to go pick it up. It was ready when we got there. We went right home. The kim-bab was horrible. It was completely cold (not warm at all!), and it tasted so bad that I couldnt eat past a couple of them. No wonder- I broke apart one of them and the "steak" was like a piece of rubber! So gross! The yaki-mandu was decent, at least it was warm. But the kim-bab had DEFINITELY been sitting out for a while. The fact that the order sitting there ready for us when we got there 5 minutes later is pretty indicative that it wasnt fresh. Also, when they picked up the phone they didnt say the name of the restaurant, so we thought we had called a random residential number at first. Really disappointed because there are some great reviews for the place.

Food is regular Korean food, nothing special. The service cannot be worse. Our waitress was terribly rude and when I asked for recommendations for meat dish and finally chose a fish. She spent a minute or so to educate me that fish is not meat. Are you serious? I buy a dish and get a free class? we were there right at lunch time around 12:00 pm and the restaurant was almost empty and I think we are the only guests, but during the entire lunch, no one came to refill water or asked if we need anything, we have to go to the front desk to ask for water and extra rice. I do not know where the other good reviews come from, but maybe the owner has changed? The place sucks and will never go back.

The beef bulgogi was super dry and very bland! The waitress was totally indifferent and did not offer drink refills. Obviously, they are VERY PREJUDICED to anyone who IS NOT KOREAN!! ALL of the Korean customers were waited on as though they were royalty and were given the best tables. The wait staff will totally ignore you if you are NOT KOREAN and will be rude to you. This is totally unacceptable and WE WILL NOT RETURN. Do not eat here if you are not Korean!

the kind of food has decrease quality over the years. Very surprise smaller potion compare to 5 months ago. Very little side dishes and not willing to get more side dish and not fresh. Had abdomen bloated after eating it. Would not go there no more. I went to eat there for years, But they just loss another customer. Hopefully they will be a new Korea restaurant coming soon.. This one need to retire if they loss their heart of preparing good food to their customers.

I should have heeded the advice of previous reviews about the bad service. My wife and I were about 30 minutes into our 4 course dinner for 2 when we were handed the check and asked if we needed boxes. They started cleaning the table while we were still eating!!!! Apparently they needed room for a reservation of "Koreans". We arrived at 5pm Sunday and there were only 2 other guest at the restaurant at the time before the "VIP" guests arrived.

Pretty good food but lacked some of the spice kick Ive gotten elsewhere. Service was pretty fast. Prices seem common for Korean in the area - 15-18 per person. Place has a separate dining area in the back which could seat 20-30 plus the front dining area which is a bit larger. Nice decor including the somewhat stereotypical large fishtank.
