This pizza hut is the worst place ever. The service and food is disgusting. I order pizza from here once a week. And since January they have messed up on order or have been delivered passed 1 hr and 1/2 and the pizza and other food we order is COLD AND SOGGIE. They did comp me for another time... but with our luck the same thing happened to us again and the manger was very rude. I have talked to a manager whose name is James and states he never spoke to me but he is just lying. Finally I called a month later to try again and AGAIN they screw up the order and called back to talk to the manger and he said I’m someone who calls every week to say that my pizza was messed up. I told him this would be the last time i would ever order from pizza hut at this location because the service is poor and they are very rude. I will make sure that everyone in the Round Rock area knows how bad their service is and for them to lose customers. And James if you are reading this shame on you for lying and for treating a customer the way you do, go back and get some people skills before you manage another place. Trust me I will make sure your upper management find out about you and your other employees and how RUDE this store is and how poor service you have.

Ordered a pizza last tuesday on-line. The website has changed and when we clicked submit - we received a confirmation and the order suddenly changed from delivery to pick-up. so, we called. First person that answered the phone did not see our order even after we gave the confirmation so we asked for manager. The manager suddenly saw the order, we asked to have it changed to delivery, gave our address, and waited. and waited, and waited, and waited. an hour later we called. They had delivered our pizza to an old address (remember - they had confirmed the address) and instead of calling - just deleted the order. AFTER we had already paid.. SO, we had to place the order again. They compd one pizza (should have been both since we are at the 1 hour 15m mark) and waited and waited - 45m later our pizza arrives. But they want cash - after we had paid on-line - i guess they just deleted the whole transaction!!!! We had no cash! GRRRRRR. They left the pizza but guess what - the manager has the nerve to call and ask for a credit card - after the CRAP we went thru for this pizza!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Pizza Hut tends to give me heartburn, but this particular location also does an awful job of assembling the pizzas. On multiple locations weve received pizzas with barely any cheese on them. When we asked about the cheese after receiving multiple pizzas barely covered we were told they have to use some small cup to measure the amount of cheese for each pizza. The cup obviously is too small. Sometimes theres also minimal sauce, even when weve asked for extra sauce. Weve also had under-cooked pizzas. When weve complained sometimes we get a credit, but sometimes they dont really care. Id honestly prefer to pay for a good pizza rather than complain and be stuck with a bad one.

I made an online order from my phone at 7pm for the pick up to be 7:23pm, at 7:30 the monitor said my order was ready. went to the counter and my order wasnt even made. so they made another order for me to be ready at 7:52, stood near the counter and my order still wasnt ready at 8:23. Ive spent more than an hour waiting for two pizzas. the kid at the counter was nice, but the evening manager was completely rude. he should be disciplined for his behavior. i asked for the corporate number, and he gave me a blank receipt and was told to call the number in the back. the number was for to win in a drawing. I was mislead and mis-treated.

I try not to write a bad review but we ordered a large pizza and the dough was just that doughy, it was not cooked and TERRIBLE. I never had this happen and I called them to let them know so maybe they might want to correct the problem or be aware of it and they asked me if I wanted another pizza "free". Why would I want another doughy pizza ? Just make sure you correct the problem They did say they would keep my phone number and next time, have a free pizza to give them credit. Just hope it will not be doughy.

I normally order from Papa Johns or Austin Pizza, but i decided to try Pizza Hut just on spur of the moment thing... I should have stuck to what I knew best. The pizza I ordered from them was not horrible, but it was so greasy and the crust was incredibly dried out. Im not entirely sure it was incredibly fresh. Delivery time was acceptable, if not good, but the overall quality of their food is not very good. Perhaps other locations do a better job, but this one was not very good. Regards, Mary Lou Smith

The cooks do NOT know what they are doing and they are always so under staffed. My mom and I ask them to cook the pizza a little longer because it is always so doughy so they cook it for so long its practically burnt...SO FED UP WITH THIS PIZZA HUT!! And when you order wings they put hardly any sauce on them. You certainly do NOT get what you pay for from this place. Little Ceasars or even the Pizza Hut in Pflugerville is way better! Dont waste your time and money go somewhere else!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Their credit card machine was down, but they accepted the order, let us pay for it, called to have me pick it up, was rude in the process, and wouldnt let us pick it up, since I only had my card. Didnt try to work with me, or even apologize. Just expected me to come up with cash. It wasnt my fault, but they made it my problem. They now lost $50, and get to eat their pizza. Ordered pizza somewhere else to feed my hungry family.

I have not had problems with this location. I always tell them that I want EXTRA SAUCE CAUSE THAT IS WHAT MAKES IT SO GOOD!..and it is true! You can see the pizza before you pay...only once did I get a wrong one---and then they comped me for the next one. I have always gone to pick mine up...but my son orders now online and gets his (on 620)....he said you save money this way...that is the point! and now I wish I had one...

Pizza Hut... it used to taste so good to me. Now it tastes so... processed and fake... they have amazing marketers though because they sure can make a great commercial... I guess thats why I got it again, like the idiot man I am... I really should stop buying this pizza.

Order pizza, get pizza. I ordered online. Order was done in 13 minutes and ready when I arrived. We eyeballed the pizza before I took it, and my Pizza Specialist was courteous to both myself and the person he took an order from on the phone.
