Awful service. After fighting with the football traffic and getting disappointed by another food place for not having the fruit salad my dad was wanting we decided to try and order here. Unfortunately the same salad we thought we could get here, we learned was a seasonal menu item. We decided to order something else from here because service before had always been excellent. Since we had to redecide what we were going to get, we then started asking about different option since we normally dont order much from this establishment. After a few questions ee started to get the feeling that the cashier taking our order was gettjng impatient, there was no one behind us so we made sure to get a little familiar with the menu before making a final selection, at which point when we did make a final decision we were then asked if that would be all. When we said yes that was it, the girl then replied with "great." And then took a minute or 2 to give us our total. When we got to the window it took about 4-5 minutes to be greeted, and while we waited from the car window we could see a tea had been started on the machine and wad half filled. When the cashier came back she filled it some more and finally a little more before handing it to us. Mind you its supposed to be a raspberry iced tea, but what we got was a watered-down syrup drink with no ice. My dad then tried to make conversation and casually explained our frustration of not being able to order what we originally drove for and begin to apologize if he was possibly a difficult customer. The girl made no eye contact, and no real response to show that she had even really been listening or could empathize. We paid $20 for bad customer service and a syrup drink that couldnt even be finished, at least the food itself was good. Unfortunately due to the lack of care for its customers, we will not be returning to this location.

I had an important meeting and asked my guests to meet here. First I arrived at 8:00 pm and the store was very very dirty. Lots of trash on floor including bread piaces, napkins and .... Then I ordered 3 chocolate candies (I do not remember the exact name of that candy) and 2 other candies with 3 coffee mocha and paid for them. We were in our meeting that the waitress came to our table and after 10 minutes told us we are out these chocolate candies!!! Do you want me to refund you?? then after 5 minutes she brought our coffee in plastic mugs instead of cups. I asked her to bring the coffees in cups. after 5 minutes she came and asked us "do you want cream on them????". She brought the coffee without spoon!!! then I asked her to bring spoons and she brought soup spoons!!!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL IS THIS F... PLACE. DAMN IT. WILL NEVER TRY ANY S...T LIKE PANERA BREAD!!!!

Never in my life have I eaten food that made me emotionally depressed. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a bowl of soup. When I received my order, biting into the sandwich was like biting into a cheap sponge. The sandwich was cold, the soup was even colder. When I sent it back for being cold, the cashier apologized and offered to get me a warm cup of soup. When I received the second cup, it was warm on top but still cold in the middle meaning they threw the same cup in the microwave. I have never been so dissatisfied with an eating establishment in my life. I will never again eat Panera and encourage others to avoid this one in particular.

I ordered the romaine/kale chicken caesar salad and the turkey chili during my lunch break. My food was delivered promptly to my table. I spoke with some wonderful staff. As a whole I love the food and the service at Panera Bread. However there was one staff member whose high level customer service really impressed me. The server is Mace. He is one of the friendliest, competent, and cheerful workers I saw today. Mace totally made my day. If you get a chance, stop in order up and say hello. I cant imagine this guy with a bad attitude. I dont write a lot of reviews, but I really wanted to highlight this worker.

Panera Bread is one part bakery, one part sandwich shoppe with a coffee house thrown in the middle for good measure. The eatery is always packed at lunchtime and is a social centerpointe for meeting people for lunch or running into someone you know. A number of unique and delicious sandwiches ensures that people who enjoy variety can eat something different every time and creatures of habit (like myself) will find a trademark favorite to order over and over again. The employees at this location are curt but professional, probably due to the onslaught of customers that prey upon this location at lunchtime.

Went here for lunch today with my bf. We had both read mixed reviews of the place so we werent sure what to expect. I guess it just depends on when you go, because we had a great experience and will definitely go back. The girl who took our order (Caitlyn, I think) was very helpful. We got a turkey sandwich with avocado, bacon, tomato, lettuce and mayo which was very good. And we both got the broccoli cheese soup in bread bowls. Caitlyn suggested a fresh fruit pastry with our meal that was wonderful. Our order was ready almost immediately and everything was delicious. Liked: Food; Service

Got a choose two lunch: chicken tortilla soup and a turkey sandwich. Asked for no mayo on the sandwich, and received mayo. The soup was steaming, but not even hot. I guess it was some sort of witchcraft, because I was tricked. Got a sweet tea to drink, which was not sweet. Girlfriend also got a choose two: some vegetable soup and a ham sandwich. Her soup was also cold. I cant speak for the quality of her sandwich. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt and assume their pastries are better than their soups/sandwiches.

The food at Panera is unquestionably deteriorating. The salads are comprised of very little cheap thin deli meat ala Oscar Mayer. The iceberg lettuce instead of healthy. dark green lettuce predominates. The server was rude and surly. When we asked for ranch dressing with our Cobb Salad ? Ms. Know it all informed us that Panera whas never served ranch. ??? Seriously? Its on the website as an.option. Panera has definitely lost my business. Pricey food that skimps on ingredients and contemptous servers. No thanks.

Horrendous customer service. When I called to place a catering order I was put on hold three times before I was told that no manager was available and the catering coordinator was busy. On top of that, when I said Id just call back later, I got a sarcastic "oh-kaaaaayyy..." from the employee. If Panera were not one of the few "approved" restaurants that my business is permitted to order catering from, I would definitely choose someplace else.

Panera is often a wonderful place to go, with great serivce clean environments, and great food. For some reason, this is not true of the Norman, Oklahoma (Main Street) location. Filthy inside and out, poor attitudes, and orders that were not completed to their fullest, I can only imagine that these problems stem from poor management/ownership. What a major blow to the Panera brand. Please, carefully review this store and its policies.
