1 star review for terrible service by a manager named Ashley. Read for full story. They advertise dollar slices on Wednesday evenings on Facebook without mentioning its pepperoni only. When I asked to speak to a manager to tell them they should probably mention in the ads that its pepperoni only, I was sent over a woman named Ashely. She was very rude to me and was saying, "IF ITS SUCH A BIG DEAL, well make cheese slices for you" and kept shaking her head and rolling her eyes at me. They also posted a screenshot of my review along with several lies about me on Facebook. I never demanded anything, I simple pointed out that the advertising is misleading and should mention that its only one type of pizza. We were about to order a full pizza, when the Ashley person offered to make cheese slices for us (I didnt even want cheese slices, but accepted the offer thinking they were doing it in good faith). They also claimed I didnt tip the waitress, which isnt true at all. I tipped 20% on 5 beers, 1 appetizer and 6 slices. I saved my copy of the receipt and Id be happy to pull up my bank statement showing the final amount. We actually would have spent more money there, but we went elsewhere afterwards to a place with better service. I commented on their Facebook page, correcting their false statements and my comments were deleted and I was banned from commenting on the page. I guess they dont want people to see the truth and just write their own version of history. I run a small business and if anyone working for me or representing me treated customers like this, they would be out the door quickly. I love to support local businesses, but not this one after this. Attaching screenshots of their social media attack on me and the lies they contain.

Do not order anything other than pizza here! I have given this place at least three tries, but they continue to disappoint. They overcharge for mediocre food. The pizza is good, but I can get good pizza for cheaper or the same price elsewhere, or even better pizza locally. We only visited because we were within walking distance and I already knew that the pizza was decent enough to eat. The last time I visited, they failed to give my son his complete order and we left without his complete order. Not only that, but my chicken Alfredo was the most disgusting chicken Alfredo I have EVER had!!!!!!!! The sauce was BROWN, overcooked, watery, and GROSS. I am allergic to onions and I asked for all veggies EXCEPT for jalapenos and onions. They put onions ALL over my pasta!!!!! I had to hand pick each one out because the waiter never came to check on our table and I was starving. I was only able to eat a tiny portion of my food and ended up throwing it in the trash and having to go to bed hungry. I had worked a ten hour shift prior to that and didnt get a break and I was so hungry I was in pain. And they forgot my tomatoes for my nasty pasta (which they later gave me... in a to-go container AFTER my meal was over). Some of my pasta was hard and not completely cooked. The waiter was terrible, and my son didnt have any water the entire time (after he finished his tea and wanted water, and he couldnt drink after me because I was sick). They were also out of bread for the pasta, so they gave us ONE tiny garlic knot with the pasta. What a joke! What a waste of time and money! This is just ANOTHER TYPICAL CORPUS CHRISTI BUSINESS. Congratulations on being just like every other crappy business in this town...

This used to be my favorite place to go with my 6 year old boy. Today we went after my boy was in the hospital and due to that medical condition my son had to go to the bathroom. I still had not received my order but my son had his cheese sticks and a slice and a half of pizza on the table. I told the waitress we were going to the bathroom. We came out and the food was gone. The manager came out and she proceeded to argue with me that nothing was left out. I told her our situation and she truly didnt care and was snobby and NEVER apologized. I asked for the owner because I wanted him to know his stuck up manager ruined my sons favorite place for him. We will never be back. I still tipped the waitress because she was nice and it wasnt her fault. She even said she told the manager that we were in the restroom. Five minutes later all gone. Anyway, the manager even argued with me on leaving the waitress a tip so she charged me a dollar to do so. Nice customer service and great job making a six year old cry. Youre a true winner lady.

Im from Houston and everyone at our hotel was talking about this place. It took them 20 minutes to take our order n got mad when I asked them for a menu. They also werent polite on serving me and my companion. We then ordered the Joes meat lovers pizza n it was too soft n falling apart n my drink had so much ice I finished it after 2 sips. The pizza wasnt even well cooked. I didnt want to say anything since the waitresses were so short conversation n not willing to answer any questions. We finally got a young blonde 19 yr old waitress who was so nice n showed us some Corpus hospitality. Then an older white lady was walking around n everyone started being a little nicer. I think she might be the owner LOL we finally finished our disgusting pizza, then we went upstairs where the comedians who were performing were waaayyy nicer than the staff. Its a place that is over priced on drinks and food. I didnt like it. I do not recommend it!!

I do not leave bad reviews, at all! But I feel faults should be pointed out, such as Bad service & mouthy waitresses. Our 1st visit went well.. food was good, service was fair. But during spring break, We were entertaining guest from Arizona.. not only was our food wrong! Instead of taking it back & fixing it, we were given another small pizza to make up for the other missing part of our 18" pizza. The waitress Jessica had a mouth you got to put to a stop. I reminded her she dont have to say all that. Just leave us alone and well be on our way. She immediately goes to the manager on duty. Well take our business else where, thank you. There are a few bad apples in each business, Jessica is one.

After the recent reviews my hubs was skeptical(me not so much gotta give places a try) and were glad we did! We went at 5pm today and we were the only ones there at the beginning and made my hubs nervous as to why it was empty but people were just getting off work is what I told him! We had Camille as our waitress,she was very attentive and helpful making sure we were taken care of! The pizza was great also!! after giving it ago we both agreed that we will for sure be back if we come back to Corpus Christi!

Had a blast, great time with the wife and I! I lmbo literally....wifey loved it...Carlos Mencia hands down was off the chain!! So was the opening acts also, Waitress Service was great and freindly. Went nxt door afterwards to eat....had more drinks n the pizza was pretty dang good...wood be off the charts if it were brickoven.... if it were could of been alil more crispy, but over all was good n service there was also great....definitely will go again...great job Mesquite!!!
