Excellent customer service!! I have been ordering food from this restaurant for four years and they are consistent. I placed an order for delivery tonight and was told that delivery stopped I said thank you and hung up, (the young man was nice and pleasant), to my surprise... Not even 5 minutes later not enough time for disappointment to set in... A gentleman called me back and asked me what I would like he even knew me by my previous orders and asked me how I was doing. Awesome! Thats why its been four years... Love it! Thanks!

First and last time. I usually prefer the smaller Chinese restaurants because the food tastes better than larger commercialized ones. I walked in when the dining area was empty placed my order, and watched 3 more people walk in and order after me and leave with their food before me. Meanwhile, the guy working the restaurant had nothing to tell me but, "Hold on." The food was good, but that means nothing to me when the service is TRASH.

Been coming to Golden China Express Worthington for years. Its our go to for fast Chinese takeout. Never experienced any major problems, food and service have always been great to us. Would recommend carry-out over delivery, delivery can take longer I think because most of the time they seem short staffed for it. This is your no frills take out… just saying dont expect gourmet but definitely decent food!

My wife & I have been ordering food from this location since before we were married. Their delivery has always been faster than any other food delivery. When we call they know our address & our usual order as soon as we give them our phone #. Their food is better than China Dynasty. The price for the quality & amount of food is unbeatable. We wont get Chinese food anywhere else.

This use to be our favorite Chinese restaurant in the area until today. We were basically turned away at the register as the help told us how down hill the place as gone lately. It was upsetting and gross to hear. We left without ordering.

The food is OK. But, customer service is terrible. I called this place for delivery and person on the phone was extremely rude. No total given before I was asked for a card number and then promptly hung up on.

Worst fried rice ever.....Ordered house fried rice at 9.95. It contained 2 micro mini shrimp and about a tablespoon of pork and shredded chicken.....horrible
