Ignore the bad reviews - theyre 100% incorrect. I am from NYC and grew up eating chinese food - my favorite. This place is the only one in Columbus that has great chinese food like in NYC. I came to Columbus in 1997 and suffered until I food this place. Now, when I go home to NYC for visits, I no longer like my neighborhood chinese take out because this place is so much better. I especially love the broth in their soups, and the fact that they never over-cook the vegetables. If this place went out of business, I would have chinese food withdrawal because the chinese food in other take out places in Columbus is just bad.

If you want Chicken Fried Rice with pale boiled chicken or Orange Chicken prepared with lemons instead of oranges, this is your place. I used to order from Hong Kong a lot, but its plain to see (and taste) that this place doesnt care about making food that will bring people back anymore. Ill go there randomly in the future and if there is an improvement Ill do what I can to edit this review, but just like their boiled chicken it will be a tough task.

Terrible Has been my last resort sense 2008 till now because its the only Chinese place in the area thats quick and close Ive had WAY BETTER CHINESE FOOD IN COLUMBUS . and recently Im done for good , BAD SERVICE , MESSED UP MY ORDER THEN FORGOT ITEMS THEN TRIED TO CHARGE ME TO COME BACK TO MY HOUSE AFTER I LEFT A GREAT TIP LIKE ANYOTHER TIME , and all they say is OKAY after explaining to them what happend what a waste.

This was sincerely awful. The general taos was a light tan and was not spicy or even flavorful. The kung poa tasty liked boiled chicken in a very watered down sauce. Even the egg rolls, which should be so easy not to screw up, we inedible. As were the dumplings. If you are thinking about trying this place, save your money for somewhere better. Or at least someplace edible. We trashed over 70 percent of our meal.

Child Labor Laws! A 6 year old took my delivery order and could not understand a word I said. I asked for a 2 liter and the kid listed off what they had available. I said I would take the rootbeer, then he said oh yeah we dont have that (even though he just listed it), then I said I would just take Pepsi (which he listed), then he said we dont have that either...ARG! Social Services needs to check into this place!!!

I have lunch here often. Its $5.75 for the lunch special (broad lunch menu), white or fried rice, soup and tea. The food is good and an exceptional value these days. I cant say its fancy or more often than not hospitable but Im there for a good, hot, inexpensive lunch. This is typical of what Im used to back east. Dont want to pay another $5-10 for ambiance and service tip for essentially the same thing.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant! Best food in town and they deliver. Mongolian chicken is delicious as well as the general sos chicken. Quaint dining area, nothing fancy. This restaurant is a hidden diamond located in the corner of the strip mall where the new dollar store was put in, Located at the northeast corner at the intersection of Smoky Row Rd. and Hard Rd.

Good prices, good location, good hours, and GOOD FOOD. These guys have the best fried rice in town, I swear. And they must cook in a time machine or something, because the food is always done before you have a chance to get your jacket on good. Friendly staff as well. Id recommend this place to anyone on this side of town with a hankering for some good chinese.

Worse food ever ........so I called and asked if they could replace cause it tasted funny and they refuse to remake my food they offered me half my money back and I said no cause I didnt eat the food so they came to my hotel room and ask to see the food then he said nothing is wrong with the food and for me never to call them again ..which I wont anyway

Terrible experience. Ordered general chicken & it was sweet. Absolutely no spice. Very disappointed. Wasnt worth the money I spent. I called in to complain, to see if there was anything they could do & all the lady kept saying was, "okay?" Said there was nothing that she could do.. Terrible customer service. Wont be wasting my money there ever again!

I recently celebrated my 33rd birthday. I have been coming to Hong Kong since my freshman year of high school when I was 14. For 19 years I have taken friends here to enjoy this amazing and affordable food. Love the food, love the people, love this place, cant say enough about it. Eat here, you will enjoy the experience.

Fast delivery (only downside is $12 minimum, which is hard to hit by yourself), good prices, yummy food. I always order the same thing... pepper steak... and it gets to me hot, and tasting like it just came out of the pan. Also, they dont skimp on the meat... there is a proportionate amount of meat to veggies.

This place is great! My wife and I live close and eat here frequently. Ive never had a bad meal, and I like trying new items off of their huge menu. They have great General Tsos chicken, Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, the Lo Mein is good, as are many other items. And its always fast and friendly!

WARNING !!!!!!!! I eat chinese all the time. I try omost everyone I see. This one is by far the worst me and my wife have ever had. I get better chicken at Walmart in the frozen bags, just to give you a idea. Sorry for the bad news guys this place SUCKS!!!!!!!!

This is my favorite Chinese food restaurant in town. I am picky about quality with Chinese food and every dish I have ordered has exceeded my expectations. Fair prices, generous portions and fast delivery. My favorite dish is the General Tsos chicken.

I love Hong Kong! Their service is always super fast and the dumplings are by far the best I have ever had. Totally recommend this place. In fact, the only thing I miss about my old house is that it was right next to this restaurant.

Probably a better experience as a delivery option. No table service, and food served on paper plates. Limited drinks available. Tasty food in enormous portions, but 2 entrees, plain lo mien, and 2 egg rolls was over $30.

Really great food, but is a little pricey. I would suggest splitting dishes, because the amount of food is huge. This way you keep the cost down and dont end up throwing out so much leftovers. They deliver as well.

The food is good. They dont read the online order and always get mine wrong. ALWAYS COUNT YOUR CHANGE, they dont give correct change. My meal 9.15, paid with a 20. Got 8.50 back .... hmmmm.
