Ive only had good experiences with Golden China. When I call to place an order, the lady is very friendly and customer service oriented. Even when I can hear in the background that they are busy, shes patient and accommodating. As far as delivery goes, the wait time is minimal. During one occasion, someone forgot to pack a sauce that goes with my dish. When I called to ask about it, they were very apologetic, and sent another driver out immediately. The sauce arrived in five minutes, and the driver was also very apologetic. I wasnt upset; everyone makes mistakes. If I was a picky customer, I would feel appreciative of the way they professionally handled the situation with my needs in mind.

Ive only been here twice, and I already love it. The woman taking orders is always very polite, and the food is great. I ordered sweet and sour chicken without the extra veggies, and they gave me almost twice as much chicken to fill up the order. I was actually on my way to Delaware to visit my friend, which is a good 20 minute drive. When I got there, the food was still hot; not just warm, hot. I would definitely recommend this place.

Had lunch today (delivered) with my co-workers and it was very disappointing. Called Manager and was told NO refund could be given unless we brought the food back to the store. The first time we ordered last week it was fresh and delicious, but this time was not, and the lack of customer service from the manager regarding our situation was disappoinying. Therefore, we will not order from them again.

The food is great, the portions are large even at lunch time, the prices are low and fair. Their customer service is incredible and any problem weve ever encountered was solved quickly and with sincere apologies. I highly recommend you order!

Before you order Chinese in America, stop and think about it. Keep thinking until their lunch special is over. Then instead of ordering it for dinner, just make a sandwich or something.
