Unfortunately, I must give this place a 1-star because I cannot leave a 0!! I contacted the store tonight and requested to ordered one pizza and pay for it on my debit card. I explained that my daughter would be in to pick it up and it was ok for her to sign. This is not unusual considering many restaurants allow this. However, when speaking with Noah, I was informed I could not do this so I requested to speak with the manager. At that time, I heard the manager, Jack Kettle, in the background being very obnoxious and yelling that he was not coming to the phone and something about stolen debit cards. I proceeded to ask Noah to have the manager come to the phone like an adult. Again, the manager refused. So, I requested the store owners phone number. I told Noah and left a voicemail for the store owner, Brett Wade, indicating that the managers behavior and attitude was very disrespectful and not a way to represent their store. I will NEVER purchase another pizza from this chain again! EVER! I am a manager in the customer service industry and would never think about providing this type of customer service to one of my customers. We will see if Mr. Wade returns my call.

If you are familiar with Little Caesars, in general, it’s reasonable pizza at a good price, but for some reason at this location I have not be able to get the same quality pizza as other Little Caesars locations. I thought the first time it might be a fluke, but after the second trip, same result. I believe the fast and ready pizzas have been sitting too long due to not enough customer traffic.

If youre not open til 10 CHANGE IT . I work late and dont get off work til 9 so sometimes we eat late . And I was going to reward good behavior with a pizza and now I have to come home.emprt handed and a house full of disappointed kids ! THANKS FOR DISAPPOINTING ME OVER AND OVER . I will no longer come to this location ever again . Im always pissed when i come her

the past few times Ive been to this location the dude that runs this place doesnt seem to have any respect for the company... he doesnt dress in proper attire and looks like a bum... I dont know how corporate lets him get by with this but I was beyond disgusted and will likely never return here. if youre looking for decent professionalism you wont find it here.

Lets just say I was expecting much much less in the quality of the pizza relative to the price. After all, its still a Little Caesars but one of the better ones Ive ever been to. Very impressed with the staff as well.

No pizzas were ready as "Hot and fresh", and when I asked about ordering several they said it would take an hour and a half. He seemed surprised that I would want to order more than one. Ill never be back here.

Never has deep dish hot n ready ready. Was told 30 min wait once. Theres no way it could take that long. Could order a customized pizza from anywhere else for delivery and get it sooner. Whats the point?
