Up until today I would have given this place 5 stars, but after tonights experience I will never order from here again. We ordered a pickup order, with black olives, green peppers and onions and the order was read back to me. We had been busy all day so hadnt eaten and I was so hungry. We brought it home, our mistake for not checking it first. It had bacon, onions and green peppers. I dont eat meat on pizza, it makes me sick. My fiance said he would be able to eat it and called and just asked for a small replacement pizza instead of them making an entire new large pizza. They told us to come back in 30 minutes, he went back to pick it up and they said they didnt even put it in the oven yet. Again verified what toppings we wanted. Waited another 30 minutes only to find out they didnt put black olives on it. No one ever once apologized. There were at least 7 people working there and none of them showed respect or a sense of urgency. The fact that we have ordered from here so many times, and get treated this way for their mistake is unacceptable. Lack of customer service is a great way to lose customers.

We order pizza from Portofinos about every month or so. It isnt a particularly fancy place, and is a far cry from something like California Pizza Kitchen. However, if you are interested in a simple thin-crust pizza, made well, Id recommend them. Our family lives relatively close, so there is also the "buy local" argument for us. Our order seldom varies so I cant speak to the breadth of their menu, but the pizzas we order never disappoint. There isnt a dine-in option, just a table for people to sit at while they wait for their pizza to be finished. The look of the place has gotten much better over the last few months, though, mostly because there arent pizza boxes piled high in the waiting room. The space, generally, is like their pizza - solid, no frills.

We ordered the Giant (30") and the 20" for my daughters birthday party. Pep, sausage & hot peppers. They were delicious. Egde to edge with the toppings. Fully loaded. The sausage was crumbed and each bite was covered! Crispy, (even the Giant) but chewy crust. Tasty sause and plenty of cheese. Great amount of pizza for the money. Hot, fresh out of the oven when we arrived. Accurate time given for pick up. They know what they are doing. Unbelievable bang for your buck. They give coupons with the pizza box and we will be using them. Warning on the Giant, the box (and pizza) is 3 feet by 3 feet. Make sure you take a car it wil fit in.

This is a neighborhood place in my area that I pop into once in a while. I use it more as a changeup from the more chain-like offerings dominating the area. Food is ok, nothing special, but not bad, and very affordable. If youre just looking for something quick and cheap that tastes fine (if fairly generic), then you wont mind this place. Formally, I have no reasons to either recommend nor steer people away from the place, which speaks volumes for its middle-of-the-road offerings. Their pizza and wings are two of their better offerings, while the fried shrimp (I should have known better) was not good at all.

DO NOT EAT OR ORDER FOOD FROM PORTOFINOS PIZZA SHOP .. location on Oakland Park, they are disgusting. The cooks pick their feet on the pizza prep station & the sub girl drops food on the floor & still serves it to customers. Fat rats run & dig through the flour used to make dough. They also discriminate against their employees. They turned down a worker for the simple fact he was a male. These people hired & then fired a girl because she was pregnant. Also, they do not allow you to work if you are over weight or unattractive. They are racist, sexist, disgusting people.

Were a business in the area and order from them all the time. We have tried nearly everything on their menu and its all good. Nothings premium, but its all good, some is homemade like the sauce & crust. Its a batter-type hand-tossed crust (east coast style) thin. Cut is wedge pieces if you get 18" or less, square if larger. Sauce is a very strong tomato/basil sauce and a little acidy (which i happen to like) also like jersy boardwalk style. overall love the pizza, and like most everything else.

Ordered pizza for a group of students for a 1230 delivery time and they delivered the pizza 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Normally it would not be an issue but when students have a specific lunch period its a problem. It was even more confusing when the text alert I received at 1130 said a delivery time between 1240 and 1250. I called concerning the issue of the pizza sitting early. The only thing that was offered was a $3 discount off the next pizza....No thanks.

I use to order from here ;it is a hit and miss the pizza is equivalent to that of most 2 large pizzas like pizza hut; which u can usually get 2 large how u want it for 20 at portinos u will pay more unless u get 1 topping.Although their pizza is good at times a lot of times half its cheese is missing.T he workers are rude and far from polite its been along to time and sure things might have changed, but I Really doubt it

just ordered the giant pizza and I drove from Reynoldsburg to get it and by the time I got home I looked at my pizza and all I see is flat dough. Really cheap but not worth the drive. They will never get my money again. They use to slap when I was younger but I guess things change and when i called to tell them about it the dumb ass crack head wanted to know why I called.

I am sad to say that I recently went to portofinos and I tried the giant sized pizza and was very disappointed. The sauce was very bitter and the dough was as hard as cardboard. I would not recommend going there ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Besides their prices really arent that great.
