I really like the convenience of their drive thru. The staff are friendly. I would say one thing they lack is consistency. I know that is hard to achieve. Sometimes my sandwich is cut in half and other times its not. The same sandwich even has differing proportions depending on the day and today my sandwich was uncut and I was missing standard items on my sandwich. I still ate the sandwich though. Im ok with waiting a little longer in order to receive a correct order. Not sure if the staff is pressured to be fast. if thats the case, attention to detail may be suffering because of the pressure.

I love Panera, and I go to this location probably once a week for food and more often for coffee. However, 3 times now, I have waited at the drive-thru order board for more than 5 minutes before anyone helped me. With no one in line before me, this seems unnecessary. The place wasnt busy at all! I would have appreciated an, "I will be with you shortly" if I was going to sit there and wait that long. At 8:50 a.m., the waiting Ive done there is long enough to make me late for work. The food is always good, my order is always correct, but the drive-thru needs some work.

We dont go too often because the food is WAY OVER PRICED! When we do go its only because my wife really wants to go. Every time...and I mean EVERY TIME Ive gone there Ive had to park at the doctors office next door because there are no spots to park. Yet, only half the tables are full. Someone wasnt thinking when they planned this one out. The food is good but not worth the price they charge. Run up the road to first watch and get good food at a cheaper price...especially their lunch deals. Youd get another star from me if it wasnt for the parking.

AVOID this location at all costs. The food you get inside vs the drive-thru is never the same. Ive gotten expired hard cheese with mold, a breakfast sandwhich with the egg literally COATED entirely in pepper, ham with green slime, etc. I go could on about getting rye bread instead of white. They ALWAYS do that nonsense. Service always seems friendly. However, its either the mangers or teenagers working here who just dont give a F. If the health inspectors paid them a visit for a solid week, this place would get shut down.

Slow service, rude employee. Bacon missing from my turkey bacon sandwich...I asked for my bacon and was told they were out. Turns out, the cook is just a lazy and rude woman not interested in making orders correct or treating people kindly. Someone else stepped in and fixed my order after they overheard her bacon lies. I love Panera. I spend a lot of money there. This employee doesnt represent the company well and I will never go back to that location because of her. I wasnt even hangry... just wanted what I ordered.

I happen to meet in the Panera Bread quite frequently for breakfast. I is big and there are plenty of tables so that one dose not have a problem finding a place for 2, 3, 4 or more. I guess from a road warriors position it would be great if they had more outlets but there are some strategically placed. There are a number of business meetings going on here a great deal of the time. When we travel we tend to trust the Panera name for good food and good service at lunch time as well.

Worst panera I have ever visited. Food was fine once we finally got it, I was here on a Sunday night and there were two other customers and we ordered soup and a kids meal. I had to go to yhe counter to find someone to wipe off our table, had ro fo pick up our food after waiting 10 minutes, then had to go back up for needed utensils. All the while the "manager" walked around doing nothing. Too bad standards for this company are not consistent in all locations.

There nearly every Friday early morning. I would go elsewhere, but their location is convenient. Service and product availability depends on the luck of the day. Sometimes there wont be any coffee left, sometimes they are full. Some days they have the food items I want, others days they dont. I will say that they are getting 3 stars instead of 2 because they have had coffee and my food item of choice the last couple of visits.

The management is absolutely pathetic. We stopped by tonight for a simple choose 2 meal. They did not pack half of the hood in our bag, then when we went back inside to inform them of the mistake the manager simply said "so..." instead of happily getting us the missing items. It also took 30+ minutes to make it through the drive through when the restaurant and parking lot were almost empty. Check Number 1327216.

We have gotten nothing but horrible service every time we have gone to this location. They ALWAYS short the number of baguettes included with the family group soups, never answer the drive thru, arent friendly and they clearly just dont care. For what you are paying to get the food that frankly, isnt that great, it isnt worth it. If you truly want Panera, I strongly advise going to a different location.

Typically have a good experience at PB. This time around at Union Centre location received poor service (inability to enter food order), surliness, received wrong food order, trash on floor and tables not wiped clean, dirty bathroom with no paper towels. Im hope the lack of service received at this location is not indicative of a future trend.

While I enjoy Paneras menu, this particular location seems to struggle every time Im in. It takes a long time to receive food, and on multiple occasions my order has been wrong. They also always seem to be out of items on the menu. Theres a stressful tension in the air here that really negatively affects the dining experience

Panera has a good offering, but not my favorite, thats why I give it a 4 instead of a 5. I give it a 4 instead of a 3 because I think this Panera has better service than other. This particular location can be a little crowded around lunch but they handle it well. Parking is sometimes hard to find.

Great food, unfortunately their front end service is horrible! Managers walk by registers while customers wait for one inept cashier. Only star is Billy - probably the best line cook ever! Hint: promote him to manager and long lines and perpetual empty coffee dispensers with be a thing of the past.

I eat here regularly. Only problem Ive had, other than not horribly long waits, was my sandwich missing extra tomato, and they made me a whole new sandwich and let me keep the old one. Tuesdays my family often gets one or two dozen bagels for that great Tuesday deal. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed with the service here. On a morning where the establishment was not particularly busy Noreen, Jenny, and another young lady cared more about talking to and hanging out with each other than decreasing the size of the line/helping their customers. Will not return.

Not a fan of the way managers treat the employees, one of them made the cashiers feel bad about having to call them up to fix the problem, i felt bad about it. The food was okay but not worth the price. I will say that the cashiers and the people on the line are very fast paced.
