They may as well make this a self-serve location as long as it takes to get help. Twice I have been in and seen the same dark haired female manager in really unprofessional attire, chit-chatting, on her cell phone ignoring unhappy guests and distracting other employees, if she is in fact a manager there its no wonder the standards and service are so awful. I had to get both myself and my boyfriends own menus from various tables, as our table and most others were lacking any at all, I also had to scavenge to find our own napkins, and ask multiple times for the SAME thing from our waiter. It wasnt even busy, we went after all the games were over and it was pretty cleared out. So glad to see a group of employees had time to sit around and eat together with the same dark haired manager (in what looked like gym attire) while my boyfriend and I sat there for over an hour, repeating ourselves and what we asked for... We actually had a male employee walk up to us and explain how BORED he was, and asked if we wanted some music on or the games because he needed to find something to do...I was going to suggest possibly putting menus and other items out on the tables and help with the orders but why bother, I wont be coming back..Yes, the mojitos are good..but when you have to remind the waiter 3 times about your drink you ordered 15 minutes ago, and wait an hour for a cold bunch of poorly sauced wings..it doesnt make up for it.. Glad the servers and management seem to have a good old time while they are there because we sure didnt. The couple to the right of us actually sent their food back as well and also remarked about the poor service... the way I overheard them speaking they probably wont be back either. They really need to consider new management, and new or more quality staff and better service in general. P.S. The bartender was too busy chit-chatting with some guests to seem interested in actually doing her job...If Im going to pay that much for a mixed drink Ill go somewhere the bartender doesnt make me feel like my order is an "inconvenience"

Dissapointing, Sad, Unprepared, Unable to handle large groups of people. If you cant handle a group of 60 people then dont accept the RSVP. Which was 24 Hrs in advance. Upon arriving with about half of the people the Community Service Group usually brings to a restaurant The Mgmt said no problem we can handle it. After over an Hour non filled orders incorrect orders. Orders not given to the cooks by the Unhappy unprepared (untrained ) wait staff. Since when does the new "burger" spotlighted come with a chicken breast instead of a Ground beef patty . After finally receiving a"burger" my Wifes Meal which did arrive until 18 Minutes after the second delivery. When I asked go speak to Mgr or owner I was told it was corporate store by another waitress sent to speak with because Mgmt was cooking in the kitchen. The only bright spot was the meal was comped and I ate it cold because I always wait for my family to have their food together. So if there are 2 or 3 of you you may be ok. Good luck & you wont see me with a large group there ever again.

Great service, good food, lousy environment! Went in to eat, got interested in the ball game on one TV then all-of-sudden the majority of big-screens in the place changed to UFC! When we asked if they could change one of the TVs back to the ball game the waitress said she would see what they could do. For some reason, after she left the volume started blasting the fights! All their TVs most be on one circuit because it never got changed or explained that they could not. Ill never eat in there again. Reminded me of a BWW down in Kentucky I went to several years ago: some young jerk, sitting with who appeared to be a mgr was hollering the "F" word all over the place! If you want good food order carryout, thats all Ill do from now on and the business can try to survive on the few knuckleheads that get a thrill out of watching others get their brains beat out!

Ive ate there twice this week. Ordered cheeseburger slammers both times. And both times they came without the tomatoes. And no one bothered to tell me they were out of them or what they deal was. I let it slide this time, but to have it happen a 2nd time is outrageous. Im also angry that we placed an order for carryout at 10 pm and then my boyfriend had to sit and wait 45 minutes for it! We have never had to wait that long for food there and they were not even that busy! There were 2 couples sitting in the dining area and they didnt even offer us a discount or anything although it was double the time they said it would be. And Id hate to find out how long our food sat there before they brought it out cause by the time we got it home (we live literally 5 minutes away) it was lukewarm and soggy.

Server wasnt very good and she didnt bring us some of the things we ordered and we still got charged for it on our bill. She left us sitting there waiting for a while too. She was more interested in flirting with some guys that came in. And our wedges tasted burnt. Never going back to BW3s ever again. Frickers is much better and Frickers is what Im sticking to cuz of our bad service at BW3s today

If you can get past the fact they have a bunch of junkies working there then ok. Our server was so high she couldnt stop grinding her jaw...thought her eyes were gonna pop out. Went there a week later only to see a guy with track marks on his arms looking like he swam in heroin. So if youre into that kinda stuff...this is your place! We call it crackhead bile wings now.

Every time I come back the food and service gets worse. Last time my beer tasted like dish soap and my wings tasted awful. Bartender was too busy yapping with another customer to refill my beers. Even though there was only about 6 people at the bar, she was very inattentive.

I just dont understand how me and my girlfriend order the SAME burger and when we get served our burgher they are 1 is missing half of the stuff on it but yet they are ordered at the same time served to the same table...

Christina was our server and she was really helpful and nice to us. We dont come here too often so she was willing to help us out more than normal.
