my family and I ordered a pizza from this location last night at 7 pm. On the phone and on the reciept even it said i was promised id have my pizza by 8 pm. 8:25 pm came around and i hadnt recieved the pizza or a phone call or anything so i called the location and a girl told me the driver was just now leaving with my pizza so i was upset. The driver dropped off the pizza and didnt apologize or offer a coupon NOTHING! So i called up and asked to speak with a manager and a girl named April took my call and was very rude! She didnt offer me any apology, coupon or anything until i told her i thought i should have gotten an apology or discount or something for waiting a half hour longer than i was told with no call or anything. So at that point she offered a credit for the amount i spent on my next order. Even after the call was over i never once got an apology and i was talked to very unkindly! After using my free meal i will never order from here again which is a shame because their pizza is very good.. which is the only reason im even giving one star! HORRIBLE customer service! and Nancy the actual manager is the worst manager in customer service ive ever dealt with! so unsympathetic and just out right rude.

Nancy is the worst manager when it comes to customer service Ive ever dealt with, and that says A LOT! I ordered my pizza on the website at 6:30ish, it said I should have my pizza by 7:40. My arrived at 8:10, the delivery driver was really nice and apologized for the delay. I had 2 orders of breadsticks and ordered cheese sauce, there was no cheese sauce, so i called. A young guy answers, tells me that they can bring it to me in 1 hour and 45 minute. I told him I needed to speak to a manager, he said, thats who told me to tell you that, would you still like to talk to her, I said yes. They put me on hold for a few minutes, she finally got on and asked me what happened, as I was telling her, she completely talked over me as I was getting louder she then told me she cant hear me when Im yelling. I said, thats because you are talking over me! Its really sad because they have great pizza but so does Marions, and I will always choose the one with good customer service!

More or less another pizza place. The place is well kept and also keep in mind when you are going, because it was pretty busy with drive thru and delivery. This a counter serve place and staff is nice if anything a little robotic in action. We had 6 of us ordering and I was the last. I ordered there works pizza as a hand toss medium. Price was good. My food came out after everyone elses by about 10 mins and was over cooked with the crust pulled too much making it like a thin crust/Brooklyn style. The toppings were mostly in the center. The manager did come over and ask if I wanted it remade or if I wanted a coupon for free one. We didnt have time for a remake nor did I have a desire to come back. Over all not best experience.

The pizza tasted fine, but the manager was terrible. We went in there with coupons. The manager said that she couldnt enter them, but that we could sit down, order online using the coupons, and shed bring the food out to us. After we had ordered online, eaten, then left, she somehow took the coupon off and charged our debit card with the full price. We wont be going back after that kind of dishonesty.

This is the ONLY good pizza shop in Troy Ohio. They are innovative. They are professional. If you want thick crust you get it. They are kid-friendly. And they are located across from the library and close to downtown, so it is convenient when studying. They have a drive-thru as well, so you can call in ahead and not have to get out of your car.

Best veggie pizza in town. Best pizza in town, period. For dine in, its awesome. Perfect every time. My fav: individual veggie pizza, well cooked. Light on the cheese and sprinkled with mariachi spices.... yum! Id add a picture but it was so good, I ate it already :P

Messed up my order, twice... Multiple calls while we were at the counter asking for the manager. Obviously the staff isnt doing their best. Love the Donatos in Dayton! Wish this one was as good...

The pizza is really good. Problem is the price being a little too high. 18 bucks for a large pizza and 25 minute wait even though only one other customer in dining room. Still good though

Love the pizza! Subs also excellent! Only complaint is sometimes order incorrect, they have a penchant for omitting sauces, etc. But when its right, it is superb!
