well unfortunately the first review i have ever had to write is a bad one i always would see people write these bad reviews and think it couldnt have been that bad that they have to take time out or there day just dont go back and never thought something could be that awful that you would have to worn people this was un till i had pizza king first when sitting down all the tables where dirty but i figured it was just busy so i ignored it the waitress was mad that i ask if she would get my drinks she said call it in and walked away i did the person on the phone said is all your having drinks i said no i havnt had time to look over the menu and said well you should order drinks when you place your order and hung up then i had a couple questions about the menu so i called the man that answered this time said sir everything on the menu has a deception i said well i was just wandering if i could get lettuce and onion and mushrooms on my burger he said you can get what ever you want as far as toppings no extra charge i said ok so i ordered my food my mother and grandmother orderd a pizza so the waitress was bringing our drinks and set them on a table to go help carry food 15 min had passed and the ice had melted so much that there was a layer of water on top of the glasses when we ask if we could get fresh drinks she said sir i just made these when i said no they have been sitting she rolled here eyes and grabbed the drinks so fast she spelt one and it got on my son i was pis*ed at this point so after a 30 min wait the food was cold when it was brought out my burger had one mushroom on it and the frys where cold so at this point i was so mad but like i said i dont complain i just dont go back but i was about to and i ask to see the manager 3 times not one time after the food did i see any one no refill no asking if we needed ketchup or anything for the pizza witch we did need and then they brought us the check still no manager at this time we had finished and looked at my bill they had charged me 60 cents for one mushroom so i ask once again for the manager when he came out was the rudest ive ever seen any one he said look if your just trying to get something free we dont want you at are store and not once did i complane till i had told him what our experience was like i told him about my burger he said its 60 cents is it really that big of a deal i said no but the guy on the phone told me i could get any topping and it was no charge if you would have put more on i wouldnt have made a big deal and he said well ill take it off this time and walked away i have had waitresses be rude befor and always left a tip i did not this time cause of the fact i never saw her and did not leave a tip so when i went to pay my family was in the car the waitress walked up to another employe and said as loud as she could i guess people dont believe in tipping any more so peas heed my warning and do not put your self thru this nightmare of a restaurant

Bro it starts off she ask me pick up or delivery then says they dont deliver til after 4... Why ask? Then when I call back, I get put on hold 3 different times just ordering it, then I pay $25 for a pizza, two pieces of bread, and a 2 liter, just for it to be an hour late... Literally was right down the road at the motel 6. Common, yall step ya game up...

Ive always eaten at the Muncie location, luckily, this one is just as good! Sometimes pizza king quality varies, but not here. Ask for your breadsticks half baked and get some dill butter on the side. Love the food and the people.

Fast service at lunch time. Quiet setting. Was able to stop, eat, and leave with 30 minutes. That included fresh baked bread sticks and fresh made pizza. Maybe little pricey but you get that back in the taste.

The pizza was very sub par, I went there for lunch with 2 co-workers and we all 3 were very disappointed the pizza lacked flavor and sauce, plus the service is not great. Definitely will not go back.

Got a 10% discount for every visit because they dropped our pizza! However the pizza was great, just needed more pizza sauce. The waitress was super. The ice for drinks was my favorite.

Slow service, even slower payout and tasteless food. We should have stuck to our usual PK Royal Feast which is always great No more ham & swiss for us. Yuk.
