I posting this in hopes that the manager, Doug Peters, will see it and talk to the crew that was there last evening. We have been going to this restaurant ever since they opened and have never had a bad experience even when they are ultra busy . . . until last evening! We arrived between 7 - 7:15 pm or so and the drive thru was full. Fine, we wanted to go inside anyway. However, inside the line was full and there were only two cashiers taking orders! It took at least 3 times as long to place our order as it usually does, and that time as well to receive our order at the table! The order was brought to the table by a young man who appeared to have absolutely NO desire to be there working. He plopped the tray on the table and didnt speak until we said, well, thanks! Then he mumbled something and left. We witnessed this same boy bringing an order of fries to the table behind us (that customer was not pleased and had to go up front to request fries which had been omitted from his order) - he did not even make eye contact with the customer, dropped the bag of fries on the table, and left without a word to the customer who was upset. We also noticed a line of at least 8 people waiting for refills AND tables were not being wiped off! Like I said, we love this place and were totally flabbergasted at the service everyone was receiving last night.

Oh, man. Chick-fil-A. Ive never had the pleasure of going here before until I moved to Cincinnati. But holy crap, its good. I ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich meal and my girlfriend ordered the chicken tender meal. Not only was the staff exceptionally friendly and nice at this location, they threw in a free chocolate-chip cookie. It was warm, and the chocolate chips were gooey. The chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked, and not rubbery like Wendys or McDonalds chicken sandwiches. I also didnt feel like complete crap after I ate here like I do at other fast-food restaurants. Whether or not you agree with their political views, one thing is certain: Chick-fil-A kicks ass.

Love their food.... Sadly, their tradition of excellent service and preparation was ruined this morning by not having food ready to serve. Nobody has 10 minutes to wait for food, especially when youve just opened and theres no excuse to not be ready to serve people. If you open at 630am, be ready to serve food to paying customers at 630am. Frustrating and disappointing.

I was here with my siblings and two of their kids and the service was incredible. The brought out their lunch menu a little early for us and the staff quickly came by our table to ask if they could get us a high chair and and couple place mats. Once our food came a staff member again dropped by and gave us promotional cards for a free entrée. Excellent service

A line 2 deep for a reason at the drive-thru. Always predictably delicious hot chicken heaven with refreshing polite and friendly staff compared to other fast food fare joints. They manage to always mentally torment me by placing a commercial late Saturday night knowing full well youll have to wait till Monday to throw down finely prepared chicken.

We love Chick-fil-A Springdale!I cant begin to guess how many meals Ive eaten there over the last 10 years. The store is always clean. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are always amazingly delicious. Even when there is a long line, it moves quickly and its worth the wait. I couldnt recommend this place any more!

As is usual with most Chick-fil-As, their service is excellent and I am never worried about them messing up the order. This location is usually excessively busy, so be ready to find an alternative or to sit and wait for a while. The staff are friendly in spite of the rushes though so its usually a good experience.

Service is still Chick-fil-A fast and delicious. Both times I went the team members didnt follow Chick-fil-A verbal protocol with the "my pleasure" and such. They looked like they just didnt want to be there and didnt care. Regular fast food people service rather than Chick-fil-A people service.

Where else can you find speedy, friendly service? We had to wait five or so minutes for our food because we ordered it so late and they didnt have any ready. They gave us vouchers for free milk shakes on our next visit. THAT is customer service! Keep up the great work!

Probably the most efficient fast food store I have ever seen. The drive through has two lanes that are simultaneously taken orders and served. The dine-in speed is also fantastic and the line is never more than 5 minutes, with usually 3 or 4 cashiers all taking orders.

This is a simple review. The food is consistently great. The staff is almost always extremely friendly. They even have a person who walks around and gets you a refill if you need one. The restaurant is always clean. Its the way all fast food should be.

I love the fact that the music they play in the restaurant is Christian music. Its really awesome when you see the expression on your kids faces when they realize they know the song and start singing along, even my son!!! The food is really good too!!

There is a reason this place is busy almost all the time. Because the food is good, the service is great, and the prices arent exorbitant. Dont get me wrong, its probably the most expensive fast food spicy chicken sandwich anywhere, but its worth it!

I wish I could give 10 stars!! Food was great and hot but most importantly the customer service was spectacular!! Dakota was Exceptionally courteous and polite as well as Jose. I wish all other restaurants in the cincinnati area would follow suit.

Hands down, this is the best Chick-Fil-A in the Tri-State area. Doug and Karen Peters run a tight shop with a fun atmosphere. Everyone on staff is friendly and attentive to customer wants and needs. Always going above and beyond expectation!

The owners were outside taking orders in 15°F weather so their staff wouldnt have to be outside in the cold. The food is exceptional, and the service was quick even at peak lunch rush hours. 5/5 would eat here again!

Chick-fil-A has some of the best service in fast food, and this location has the best service among Chick-fil-As! Expect a huge drive through line at lunch - walking in and taking out is much faster.

absolutely delish food and great staff! however the horribly slow lines and getting that craving on a Sunday While at the hardware store and noticing they are CLOSED on sundays is a big let down...
