Tried to call the store to simply get the correct hours of operation. The website says 24 hrs. That is incorrect as i have been there late and the place was closed. Cannot get ANYONE to answer the phone. Called 3 times only to have it ring off the hook. They must not be interested in making money if they cannot answer a phone. Im POSITIVE that the franchise owner would NOT be happy about that as it is THEM that lose money.

Absolutely the worst experience with a fast food restaurant. The place is old, dirty, and grungy kind of like the people that frequent the place. Terrible manager that tried to steal my debit card while being rude and talking on the phone instead of treating the customer with respect. Do not go here, it is a waste of time and money.

I do not know her name but she is always at the drive thru window - wonderful employee personality plus - Kind and she always looks like she stepped off a magazine cover - lipstick - make -up - neat uniform - Kudos to George Surface for having a +10 employee - give this girl an atta girl!!!! :)

ok, I just have to say it: sometimes you just have to have a Krystal! Today was exceptional: hot, fresh fries and burgers prepared to perfection! Deliciously satisfying for a craving! The employee I dealt with was pleasant and professional, as well. Good job!

Service was pretty good. Staff was nice. But the building is run down. Everything, including the cooking equipment, looks old and dirty. It looks like a health inspection failure waiting to happen. Seriously needs to be upgraded line the rest of the Krystals.

I find that the employees are always friendly here, however today KEANNA really stood out! She ran the drive through. Her voice was motivated, she had energy, and was polite and professional. She took pride in her work and I appreciate that.

As I waited to be served my patience paid off. The cashier didnt charge me for an upgrade on a drink and to top it off she upgraded my fries at no extra charge and I didnt even ask. Good service and kudos to the staff. I am pleasantly happy.

Its a Krystals. You know what that is. If you like it, then youll like this one. As a bonus, this Krystals is clean and the staff are always friendly when I go there. Much better than a lot of other Krystals Ive been to.
