1. The staff couldnt articulate what the options were nor the prices. 2. I was charged twice for my burrito and was never given a receipt. 3. Upon confrontation of the issue the manager, with garish blue eye shadow, stated she issued a refund but couldnt produce a receipt for this transaction either. 4. She never apologized for the error or lack of documentation of transactions, yet seemed miffed by the whole situation - like it was my fault. 5. My burrito was flavorful yet sparse on ingredients. It was 70% rice. 6. The bathroom didnt have functioning lights. 7. Besides this the restaurant was clean and well appointed but bring a jacket - its pretty cold in there.

Well once again Qdoba changed there minds. Which is very disappointing. No more extras. If you get items that will get soggy in a separate bowl its considered a salad and costs you 7.80. I dont have a store close to my home anymore and my gumbo wilts and melts my lettuce, cheese etc. And also the card board bowl gets soggy and sometimes splits and leaks all the gumbo etc. Qdoba I love you but this is ridiculous.

This place survives and is adored by the community only because of the commitment from its minimum wage employees. the management and ownership is horridly corrupt they are the embodiment of this Trump culture pop culture phenomenon. Their sign says they are open every day at 10:30. I tried to come in at 10:45. They said they were closed because they fell behind this morning. No sign was posted. I love the food but at least post a sign if youre going to choose to be closed because of your lack of time management.

Terrible service at this location. Staff was more concerned with socializing with each other, rather than focusing on customers. Asked for no cheese, I got cheese anyway. I asked for chips and gauc, I got chips and 2 other salsa instead. Food was okay, chipotle next time!!

Love the BBQ mole sauce with chicken or pork. Its delicious. Im sad their rewards are no longer worth much, but I still prefer the flavors of their sauces over the simpler Chipotle choices. Moes is the best value of the burrito places, though.

Currently eating the smallest burrito Ive ever had. Paid 7.50 for the equivalent of a Taco bell 2.49 burito. Recommend bowls or salads if you go here
