The first question you should ask yourself is do you like orange shredded cheese? If you do this will be your favorite place on this side of the Mississippi. If you answered no to the first question then youd be best steering clear of Blue Ash. I will say and the reason for the two stars, 1 star for the great service. The second star was for the chili, the chili was good and wish I had more with my bowl of orange cheese. I shouldve kept it simple and went with the chili 1 way, but instead I thought I should try something real off the menu. I opted for the chili lasagna, which was a bad choice. Unless you like a spoon full of chili with your 2lbs of cheese then it may be your favorite dish on the face of the earth. I will say my colleague was happy with his chili 6 ways, and would give it 3 stars.

I have herd of blue ash chili for awhile now living in Cincinnati all my life. Finally gave it a try yesterday I ordered a bunch of stuff to try it out everything was good except they was light with the chili on the dogs and my dog less pepper cony had peppers that had to been sitting out for hours and there was a cluster that was stuck together that wasnt fully cooked absolutely grossed me out. Also my reg chili dog the dog was real old but I still ate it. The lizard was awesome. But I went there specifically for the fried pepper coney and it was so gross I couldnt even try to eat it. I ordered it to go maybe I should have ate in. might go back not sure its not right up the road from me.

Dont let the name fool you, this place isnt really known for their chili as much as it is for their double decker sandwiches. Theres a reason they were featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. Those sandwiches are delicious, with a huge amount of meat and toppings. I will definitely be going back. Their chili really is pretty good too, but you can find good Cincinnati chili elsewhere.

The food was great and the service was the best I have ever seen!!! All the waitress ladies made sure that me and my buddies were okay with drinks and food. Im from Hendersonville North Carolina, wished we had a Blue Ash Chili!!! This restaurant would be booming everyday in my home town.

Went there for lunch today. They are in the old Red Squirrel building. Place was packed but service was fast and food was just like the blue ash locations- excellent. Try the large double/triple Deckers in any combo. Cant go wrong with their smooth chili items either. Highly recommend

Food and service are top notch. I like sitting at the bar they take care of the customs my complaint is the water taste awful. They know about it and had it tested. I shouldnt have to buy a bottle of water because the water taste so foul.

I ordered the big breakfast...huge. They gave me at least a pound of bacon! Hubby ordered chili and the hot Reuben. Loved both. Highly recommend this restaurant. Fabulous staff, wonderful service, reasonable prices.

I like Blue Ash Chili and the service is good, food is OK. Most of my meetings are morning and they open at 10:00 AM so are generally excluded. Lunch is a better time.
