Pizza is good. Usually they will follow my instructions and bake my pizza longer so its brown and well done, not always though. Often the delivery drivers screw up and dont bring pop or they bring regular instead of diet. They go back and get the right thing but its a pain for us , their customers. They never offer a discount or a freebie when they screw up either. On the phone the order takers almost sound like they want you to cancel your order..."you know its gonna be over a hour before we can deliver..." I keep waiting for them to add, "Do you want to call someone else???" please....Real long delivery times even when the call is placed before 5pm! Their order takers try to rush us on the phone too, they give the impression that they dont want any changes, just state your items, your sauce and pop errrrrnt thats all folks...dont they understand that with upgrades they get more money????? duh! Delivery looks at me like Im crazy if I dont tip them after waiting over an hour for a pizza....jeez

Id love for the Health Department to walk in and watch the girl whos flipping dough also handle cash, credit cards and telephones go right back to handling dough without washing her hands! Customer service is lacking as well! Especially when I personally told the owner he needs his crew to wash their hands after touching such things and he shrugged it off and goes back to pulling pies from the oven. He never said anything to his crew! Busy or not wash your hands!!!!

Joke. Service was terrible. Ordered pizza, told 15 min. Arrived at 20 min. Pizza wasnt even in oven yet. Lots of excuses, top oven not working, really busy under staffed. Whatever. If our pizza was going to take so long just say so upon ordering, Id be fine with that. But we drove down to get, waisting our time and gas to get pizza that wasnt even in the oven yet. Then you asked if we still want it. HELL no. This business aint worth it. Dont care how good it is

The taste of this pizza is great 90% of the time. Todays pizza had half of the pizzas slices being massive, and others the size of my 4 year old daughters hand. The pizza my wife and I were to split for dinner and take leftovers for lunch was also cut very oddly. It was also a shame our toppings were so sporadic. Three of the pieces in the large had zero jalapenos on it. Id call and discuss it with the manager, but it always seems theyre short staffed.

The phone line is always busy. This is the 3rd night Ive tried calling for pizza and still couldnt get through. I tried calling several times each night. After reading other reviews, I can see that this is a continuous problem. Ive had their pizza when other people have bought it and it was delicious. But why cant they buy a phone system that will at least put you on hold instead of just beep as busy? Like one of those, there are two callers ahead of

Everyone raves about the amazing pizza... and amazing, it is!! My boyfriend and I love love love the subs! He always gets the Club and I always get the Turkey. Always ready and still hot when he picks them up to bring home. I have to say, in my honest opinion, the best subs in the County! Fast and Friendly. Always a hit in my home. Thank you and keep up the GREAT work!

I was in the tonight to get dinner and the girl making pizzas went right from the make table to the register to take my order and cash me out without washing her hands and then went right back to making pizzas without waking her hands... Thats so unsanitary. I have always liked this pizza but after seeing that I dont think Ill be back.

Phone answering is a joke I was put on hold 5 different times for more than 20 minutes the last I decided to drive while on hold to the place and suprise suprised nobody on the phone at all event me. Hire some people that actually want a job not immature teens. I love the food but that is ridiculous!!!!!!!

Great food and amazing employment. All except the management. They were yelling at the employees about everything with customers in their store, so much that the person that made my pizza was distracted and forgot to cut it. Didnt notice till I got home.

This place was very rude about a small child being noisy. While they were with their parent waiting for pizza to be ready. I also observed that no one who was handling the food was wearing gloves.

In opposition to a previous post, I have received a discount and free pizzas for a messed up orders. I have been eating Main Street Pizza for over 30 years! I highly recommend them!
