I just left Graffitis Pizza and I have never felt so disrespected I when there with my daughter and we set in right in front where they were cooking. The waitress finally came to the table after 10 minutes. I order I order 10 teriyaki wings, 5 lemon pepper, 5 bbq wings. I wanted to change my order so I told my daughter to go get the waitress, the waitress came and I told her that instead of the 5 lemon pepper and 5 bbq I wanted to order a small pizza. A few minutes later a fat white lady came to my table and told me that I order 10 lemon pepper wings and they had already made the wings and that I will have to eat those wings. I told the lady that I did not order lemon pepper I originally order 10 teriyaki wings. So she told me that the cook heard me order 10 lemon pepper and I did not. I got up from the table and started to jump in my face telling me that I could not leave and that I need to pay because I didnt pay the wings that I did not eat. She started yelling that she was going to call the police and have me arrest for stealing. She ran out of the restaurant yelling at me in front of my daughter telling me that, she was going to call the police. She jumped behind my car and wrote down my tag number. This woman was racist and she would have done that if I was white. Never eat at this racist place I know that they are prejudice. I truly believe had I been white she would never have come at me like that over 10 wings. My daughter and I have visited this place two many three times a month. But after this lady tells me that she is going to call the cops on me for not paying for food that I did not eat, the food was not even on my table. I dont know what kind of customer service they are teaching at this place. But to try and force me to pay for something that I did not order, and I did not eat. After being discriminated against and humiliated in front of my daughter I never spend another dime at this place and I will let everyone I know never eat at this dump.

The only reason I gave this so called establishment one star is because I had to review it. We are bi-racial couple who wanted to enjoy the Wednesday night wing special. My date ordered the lemon pepper wings and I ordered the buffalo mild. Finally after the order arrived a half hour later and hardly a customer in site we received our wings. My dates was fine however our fries were burnt to a crisp they were paper thin dried out and blackened. And my wings were buffalo but were cold like as they came out of the refrigerator not even being warmed up and they were so hot they burned my mouth. The waitress was notified and she gave us no explanation nor did she attempt to make this right nor did the manager who had a big ole smile on his face while he looked at us. So in conclusion if u are a bi-racial couple do yourselves a favor and stay far away from this place. Hello and thank for responding, we came in around 7pm and sat in front of the kitchen. When the food arrived, my date’s wings was warm but mine food was as if it just came out of the fridge. Once I complained to the waitress and told her that it was not acceptable she just said that, this is how we cook them. My man took one bite of my wings and told me not to eat any more he would take me somewhere else if this is the food you serve. The waitress just humped her shoulders and walked off. We paid the bill without a tip and left.

Would not recommend. I was seated promptly, but then had to wait around 5 minutes before my server came over. When she finally showed up, she told me that the beer "wasnt agreeing" with her and made vomiting gestures... The prices were rather high, too. I would have been understanding if the food was good, but it was not. I waited 16 minutes for an overpriced sub, and it was incredibly bland. The only flavor it had was the garlic salt that I put on it myself... They also had a "house brew" for $1, which I couldnt stomach. When I was asked how I enjoyed my meal I told the waitress that the best thing I could say was that my meal was hot. Her response was "well we try." Overall, I dont think Ill be coming back.

Service was terrible. We arrived at 12:50. Quickly ordered. I got my salad 15 minutes after ordering. Daughter got cheesesticks 20 minutes after ordering. Then my wings came out. Husband got sandwich 35 minutes after ordering. Son never got his wings and he ordered same meal as I. He did get fries, then 10.minutes later they attempted to bring him more fries. Fin all told them to cancel wing order and he had to share his fathers sandwich. It sure would have been nice to eat a meal together as a family. Wings taste baked and werent crispy. Cheesesticks were cold. The server didnt know how to look put for customer, 6 other families were complain to.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! First impressions are very important to me. We had to wait 15 minutes for our drinks than another 20 minutes for a menu. Than when we finally did get a menu, we sat another 20 minutes before we decided to leave and of course when l asked to speak to the manager he was extremely busy!!! WE WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!! Oh yeah, we didnt even know what the pizza tastes like. I guess because we of a different shade they said the hell with us. Had to choose 1 star because "NO STARS" wasnt an option.

Very slow service. Four of us stopped in for lunch and we were the only ones in there. I counted four total people "working". After an hour of waiting for some disappointingly small subs, I expressed that we were in a time crunch and needed to leave. This did not seem to expedite things at all. They apologized for the lousy service, but come on, we were the only people in there! Looked like a cool place, but I will not be going back

This is my new place to grab a real hamburger. My wife had the hamburger steak with mushrooms and both plates were delicious. Service was awesome but, it usually is. They have outside tables and my dog was welcome. They even offered him water, eventhough, we brought our own bowl and water with us. We havent been here in awhile because it is not on our "beaten path". We will definately make the effort to come back.

This was terrible. I cant wait to never go back service was slow. They gave our food to the wrong table even after we waved them down to get their attention. Our waitress never came to our table we had to get her attention to get our check , and Im not the type to leave reviews but this service was so bad that I felt the need to! The pizza isnt even that good pizza joint in Augusta is a lot better.

I have been to Graffitis a few times now, and not once have I had a bad meal. The atmosphere is fun and open, the staff young and energetic, the food is ALWAYS done right (not too little, not too much of anything). The beer is always cold and plentiful with many choices. If you go, I suggest the Jailhouse Brews. I would recommend this place to anybody, family friendly, fun, GOOD.
