Very rarely do I stop for KFC as most of them are lacking in service and quality of food. This particular Kentucky Fried Chicken - in Brunswick, Georgia - is just east of Interstate 95 on the north side of the street. Went into drive-thru and ordered the 3-tender Georgia Gold basket with potato wedges and biscuit for $5.49. Ruby, the cashier, was polite and friendly and offered many suggestions. Originally offering me the $5 meal deal, I ended up with the Georgia Gold after her explanation. Not a bad choice it turns out. Chicken tenders were actually pretty good. Very flavorful. Potato wedges were okay and the biscuit was dry. The take out bag had a couple of napkins, but no ketchup for the potato wedges. The strip meal , is great The pot pie meal (the best) However, the General Manager is so rude and was yelling at her employees when they were super busy and got my order wrong at the drive thru (I was at the drive thru due to a broken ankle) when I looped back around I was told "look we are busy, you will have to bring your receipt in" I said "maam I cant , I have a broken ankle and thats why Im at the drive thru" She hung up on me!! The manager on duty, under her, came out and addressed my issue "in a way that KFC" Would be proud of! She was professional and kind and sad part is, she was apologizing for the GM!

If you like repeating your order 7 times at the drive-thru, drop what you are doing and visit this KFC. I was there in November of 2007 and the bar was set high. Not only did I repeat the order 7 times, but when I got to the window, i was also ignored by the "so called" window attendant. The entire staff of KFC was engauged in a NASCAR conversation. So I kept my mouth shut and called corporate so I didnt get any "oil spills" in my gravy..........

Chocolate cookies were gross today. They usually sell hot cookies, but today it was bad. Hot was served cold, they usually do a great, but here lately its been bad. Attitudes at drive thru but its okay. I will not order the cookies again. They taste old today, I bought 12 and all of them were bad, stale As hell.

This place is always busy. The service is slow and the attitudes are mediocre. I went here the other day and sat at the drive thru for nearly 10 mins for large coleslaw. I was apologized to and told that the shift leader has them working on small shifts and they need help.

Went with a group...only issues I had was the leaking from the AC pipes overhead dropping in my plate or on my head...other than that customer service was great, food was good and we even took some home with us...

Pretty decent KFC. Theyve always been willing to make my order as customized as Ive asked it to be. Got an attitude at the drive thru a couple times, but no big deal overall.
