I dont know what the race is. I walked in on my first visit, on a Friday before 7pm. Was immediately seated and given a menu and chips and salsa. The guy with the chips and salsa came and left me with the mouth open before I could say Diet Coke. He apparently was in a hurry to join the other male waiters who were speaking Spanish loudly appreciating the lady customers, meanwhile the female servers were darting around. After about 15 minutes, just when I was getting up to leave, a male server appears and asks me what to drink... Diet Pepsi (no Diet Coke)... Then asks if Im ready to order. I told him that sure, since it took him so long to attend to the table. I ordered the steak a la mexicana, which looked like fajitas, but by the time it came I was famished to I dug in. The tortillas were decent. The steak had a good favor but was tough. The rice was passable. The refried beans tasted odd and couldnt eat them, maybe they were stale, maybe someone dropped a soda in them, I dont know, but they were awful. Of course he brought the check immediately. The place is obviously badly run (who lets the waiters loiter and talk trash, even if in Spanish in the dining room?), the service is slow and impersonal, and the food is bad. That was also my last time at Señorita Bonitas.

We tried Senorita Bonitas for the first time last night and it was a wonderful surprise. We have been disappointed with other Mexican restaraunts in the area but we were very impressed with everything we ordered from Senorita Bonitas. The chicken tortilla soup was excellent. It is rich and delicious without being greasy. The seafood taquitos were cooked perfectly with tender shrimp - not the rubbery frozen overcooked stuff. The dipping sauce had great flavor and even the pico de gallo tasted better than any Ive ever had. Its obvious the chef knows how to bring out the flavors in even the simplest things. We also had chicken quesadillas - mushroom quesadillas - enchiladas tapatias and tortilla chips with salsa. You can tell that everything started with fresh ingredients. My husband may be the pickiest eater on the planet - he is never impressed. He could not stop complimenting the food! He loved every bite! I know we will be ordering again very soon. The prices are good and the service is friendly. I never bother to write reviews but Senorita Bonitas deserves a round of applause.

I had been to this place with my family several times in last month. We love the food and the some staff people. But our last visit was terrible experience. Just after pulling in their parking lot, my younger son fell down and was bleeding from his knee. Unfortunately I did not have the band-aid or first aid kit with me so I asked the receptionist if they have one. She checked with manager and he said he would get one. We sat on our table waiting to get the band aid. The manager kept talking to some customer even after he knew that child was bleeding and needed immediate help. When I interrupted the manager and asked for help to get the band aid, he plainly said that it was not his concern and he would do it after he finishes his conversation with the customer. It was extremely insensitive to prioritize a casual chat with customer over medical attention.

Food was decent. Waiter told us it was happy hour which included $2 off pitcher margaritas and $1.99 domestic beer. So we ordered 2 beers and one picture. When the bill came, the pitcher had only a dollar taken off and the beers were marked at 3.25 each. Asked the waiter why wasnt it $1.99 beers and he said that price is only for imported beer. He lied to us and everyone at the table heard domestic in the beginning. He was not willing to even help, shrugged his shoulders and left...

I didnt dine there, just wanted to make a comment on the host. I work near by and take the bus to and from work. I stopped in to see if there was a atm for money for the bus but they didnt have one. The man gave me my bus fair help me from missing my bus. Now this is irrelevant to the food, which im sure is great, but I wasnt even a customer and got the up most respect and courtesy. The little things count. You guys hired a good man.

Clevelands best Mexican. Has the standard dishes you find in most american mexican places but also some more authentic dishes like carnitas or chorizo and eggs and some unique dishes like camarones rellenos. Their chile verde is great as is the previously listed dishes. Their refried beans and Spanish rice are both fantastic. The decor is nice--tastfully Mexican with paintings of Mexican women. Service tends to be good.

I consider myself an expert on Mexican food and this is probably the best in NEO. I have eaten at most of the Mexican restaurants in the area, and the food and service are always very good. From the chips and salsa to the Tacos to fajitas, all are very good. Portions are generous. The chicken in tacos, burritos, fajitas is always very good. My kids love it too. I highly recommend it.

Cat food or Chicken of the Sea at best in my "chicken" enchiladas. The service was okay and the decor was alright, but if you want to eat Mexican food that humans would want to consume, I wouldnt suggest eating here. Next time Ill just pass this place up and head to the Taco Bell. At least the price of that meal plus the subsequent swig of Pepto is a little easier to swallow.

We love Mexican food and try all the Cleveland area Mexican restaurants from time to time but by far our favorite one is Senorita Bonitas in Solon. Every dish that we have tried there is outstanding and their "Hand Shaken" margaritas are clearly the best you can find anywhere in northeastern Ohio. We try the others but always come back to Senorita Bonitas.

A great place for lunch or dinner, the staff is fast, they never screw up an order and the food is good and for a good price. My toddler lost his shoe there and we went back almost month later and the greeter came over with it and said you left this the last time you were here. I cant say enough good things about this place.

Best Mexican food Ive ever had. Very nice service and very nice owner. The restaurant has so many decorations its overwhelming (In a good way) and the portions are very generous. The takeout is very good, the waiting time isnt too long, maybe 15 minutes. Best. Mexican. Ever.

The chips and salsa are amazing. I eat here about once a week and the lunch fare is always good and prices are quite reasonable. Being from New Mexico Im a little particular about this kind of thing and the Senorita does a great job. The burrito Grande is a serious endeavor.

Staff was very friendly and accommodated our large group on a Friday night. Food all came out quickly and more or less at the same time. A few people seemed disappointed because they didnt quite get what they expected, but the food I ordered was great.
