Ordered pizza at around 11:30 pm after a five hour drive. When they answered the phone I asked them if they delivered to the hotel I was at and they immediately said that they did . At around 1 oclock am , closing time, I called and asked where our order was and why was it that was not delivered. They were very rude and said that they had tried to call the hotel but we did not answer the room phone. They said that they lost the address to the hotel and didnt know what it was so therefore they could not deliver my pizza. Why didnt they think to ask the front desk clerk. Obviously they knew that they delivered here so they had delivered here before. Its really not that hard to google an address for a local hotel. And ask them what they did with my order and they said that they threw them $57 order away because they couldnt seem to find an address to a hotel that they delivered to every day. So here I sit with two little girls that are starving and now have to go to sleep hungry. I am extremely pissed off by the lack of customer service skills that anyone of these employees possess. I feel really bad for the owner of this establishment honestly somebody needs to get in there and manage the place because everyone seems way too lazy to make and deliver a pizza which is what a pizza place is supposed to do. Im sure Pizza Hut is extremely proud to have you as a franchise honestly they shouldnt let you use their name ! A one star review is way too good for the lack of professionalism that this Pizza Hut possessed. Dont waste your time calling the placeeither the delivery guy will eat your pizza on the way or nobody will bother to make it and bring it anyway if only I wouldve known you were bringing my pizza I wouldve came over there and ruined your day

I order from this location at least once a week. The food is good, and the delivery is usually timely. But, the customer service is consistently lacking. It is almost as though the employees really dont like their jobs. Every time that I place an order online I get a call from someone at the restaurant who informs me that my card did not go through, and that they would have to run it again. Ive asked why this keeps happening and have been told that, "the website just sucks". Ive been hung up on countless times, and when Ive asked for the managers name, I am told by those with whom Ive spoken with that they dont know. For those thinking about ordering food from this restaurant, I highly recommend that you reconsider. There are plenty of other good pizza places within the area that are more deserving of your business.

I visited this pizza hut because I was in a rush and could not make dinner. I will never forget Christina who was patient with me because I didnt know what to get because I have a family of picky eaters including myself. She was very nice and even checked in with me while I waited. She help me build both pizzas and was extremely patient and cracked a few jokes. At the end of the day I got a chicken bacon ranch pizza and another for my veggie loving picky eaters which were good but the service I had was great.

I love this pizza hut. They are always courteous and friendly, usually very busy but they try really hard to accommodate for everyone. They do at times lack in quality. My pizza didnt have sauce on it and almost no cheese it was just dry bread toward the crust. Ill give them five stars still as they usually dont make these mistakes, but it was a glare to say the least.

Horrible. We order the box, & had it delivered. I tried calling the store three times, & no one answered. So at 11pm I had to drive to the store to have them fix my raw dough that they tried to serve me on both pizzas. Then I had to sit there for over an hour to wait for new pizzas to cook. Horrible. Not even an hour or offer anything while we waited.

Ordered online, asked for extra sauce on 3 pizzas and didnt get any sauce, on any of my pizzas. Spoke with a person named Amber, didnt ask if she could remake them,just offered a $7.00 credit. That doesnt even buy 1 pizza. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the following thru of the company. I wont go here again for a long time

I always order online for delivery and typically purchase late at night and/or during the weekend which surprisingly hasnt given me any trouble until today. My food was cold and the pizza was incorrect. Ive ordered from this location a few times over the past year and never really had an issue before so I was mildly disappointed.

Ive ordered twice here in the last 2 months and both orders had to be returned. The first time my pizza didnt come with cheese. I ordered pep and sausage and got no cheese. Cmon now. 2nd time I order pep and sausage and I get no pep. Again, I had to return it. Also, on both occasions my pizza was luke warm. Never again!

Wont ever order from this Pizza Hut again! I placed my order at 2pm, estimated time of delivery was 2:55. I received my pizza at 3:15. I didnt mind the hour and 15 minutes it took to deliver my pizza. I did mind the fact that my $21 pizza was cold! I also didnt like how they didnt care or try to fix the problem!

Order in front of me was cashed out wrong. I did like how manager quickly fixed it but they never apologized to customer who watched his order almost being given away. Then my pizza looked very dry and days old. I accepted it to be re-made. Im sure it will look better. Fingers crossed.

I ordered the box dinner as well as a dessert at 5:37 p.m. On Wednesday, March 2nd, 2016. I never received my order and I had already paid with my debit card online ... Ive ordered from this location quite a bit in the past but they just lost me as a customer.

Restaurant couldnt find my order so they made it. Only bad thing was that it the consistency was doughy. Some parts of the pizza wasnt fully done. I did get a free cookie since they had not made my order.

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut location I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. If this is your local Pizza Hut, strongly consider ANY of the other pizza places in the area.
