For the second time in a row I have waited for over an hour and forty minutes for a delivery. When I called to cancel no one was able to help. They read me of different credit card number from other customers. While on hold, you could hear other customers ordering and being told 10-15 minutes for their meal. Why does mine take and hour and forty minutes? If you want to run a successful business dont have long wait times. Half the time give you the wrong meal, even when you order online. How hard is it to make a meal? Do not go here. Bad food, bad service, nothing but a waste! And they strike again. My roommate order a meal from them today, 4/8/16 and he got screwed. He called an hour after he ordered and they said they were just starting to make. Later, when he tried to cancel, they would not let him, saying its on its way. If you offer a delivery service, but it take over an hour to get it out, probably wanna rethink your business plan. Two customers, down, just a matter of time now.

Absolutely horrible service. Called in to place the order and had to repeat my order three times because she kept interrupting me. She said it would take an hour and they were 30 mins LATE! To top it all off she OVER CHARGED me with three items I never asked for! When I called she said it was MY fault because she doesnt have TIME to make sure it was right when they are busy! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!! She said her name was Sidney which is probably a lie. Worst service EVER!

The food was disgusting, they just tossed most of it together, me and my wife could not even finish the food we wasted $30 on. The dumplings were dry on top and soaking wet on the bottom like they had been sitting in a tray for the whole day. The rangoons were basically chive flavored empanadas. With no crab meat in them. And im honestly scared to even try the 1.25$ egg drop soup i ordered. Delivery was punctual. Not fast or slow. Just punctual.

Normally,Id give them a4-5. Today I tried Mongolian Beef for the first time in years. I must say it was pretty awful. It had plenty of beef with a few over cooked chives (green and wrinkly). The rest..aside from the rice was smothered in so many onions (bulk of meal) I almost thought I was eating liver. Now I love onions,but this was the worst Mongolian Beef Ive ever tasted. Save yourself the experience and order something else.

12 yr old taking orders. Waited for one of the cooks to get out of bathroom so I could use facilities and he didnt wash hands...no water in sink and I didnt hear any water running after he flushed..almost turned around and left at that point. Nothing to dry hands on in bathroom. Told employee and he said ok. Sat there and ate and no one refilled bathroom paper towels. Food wasnt so bad. Large quantity.

Decided to try and was a mistake. Was told to pick up in 15 minutes. Gave them a half an hour and still waited another 15-20 minutes for my food. If its going to be 45 min to an hour, just tell the customer an accurate time. Nobody wants to hangout in a chinese restaurant for 20 minutes. Food is okay... Will not order from here again.

Food was better than I expected, service was great, online ordering and delivery a big plus. The egg fu yung was excellent, the shrimp pad thai lacked a little flavor but was better than others I have had, egg rolls were good, honey chicken and cashew chicken and triple garlic were very good. overall good food and good service.

We order here once or twice a month, and we have never had a bad experience. We always order online, and the food is always ready when we get there (we live about 7-8 minutes away). Everything we have ever ordered was delicious, and still piping hot when we get it home. Definitely our favorite Chinese restaurant.

No silverware, dismissive waiter. Wrong order... Wow its imitation crab and powder egg... nice seafood soup. Pretty sure the only thing fresh here is a vegetable. But I doubt it. Id have been better off with a skillet meal from kroger a week expired...

I was really hopeful about this place since they deliver.. Come to find out.. It takes them just under an hour to deliver to you when youre only 10 minutes away. But holy Toledo was it worth it. The food was so good.

Food was better then expected but there lunch specials are the same size as dinner meals except lunch is $6.25 and the same plate after 3pm is $7.95 just not enough food for your money
