I went to this store to purchase a gift card and apparently their system was down, however they still attempted to use my card anyways. After the first one was "declined" I tried a second one, both of them had enough money to cover the expenses. After that one got declined as well, I gave them back the gift card and beverage I was going to purchase. A few days later I checked both of my statements, and both cards were charged. After calling the store the first time an employee offered to give me corporates number or to call again another time to talk to a manager. I sought to speak to a manager before going to corporate. I called again the next day and the manager insisted she did not know the number to corporate and to bring my bank statements to the store. This becoming extremely inconvenient, I called corporate which I found the number for online... and the woman I spoke to informed me that the store could not have helped with that situation considering they did not have access to the accounting group for the company. I am completely disappointed and will not be returning to this store for any reason.

I am a huge Panda Express fan. I have always loved it, but this Panda Express left me extremely disappointed. The service was terrible; I had to tell them three times that we were eating in the restaurant. My favorite menu item, chou mein noodles, contained barely any noodles. It was 90% vegetables. The broccoli beef was way too salty, and the spring rolls were overlooked. The only good thing about this Panda Express is the restaurant itself, which was very clean and inviting. Overall, this is a sad excuse for a Panda Express.

Absolutely horrible service...IN THE DRIVE-THRU!! Waited about 20 minutes before any one in the car 2 ahead of me got their food. Next car got theirs fairly quickly which made me think that since theyve taken SO much time already that the line should be moving at a faster pace now....Nope!! Had to wait another 10 minutes for ours and then they screwed up the order and tried to overcharge me on top of it...and the girl at the window said NOTHING in the way of an apology at all! Smh!

Food was absolutely disgusting. The orange chicken had little to no flavor, and the consistency was horrible. Let alone it looked like they were closed twenty minutes before 10 on a Friday when the store hours said ten oclock on the door. I had to go thru the drive thru. Needless to say I was excited for them to open this one in your area until now. Not sure if ill ever go back.

This store is unhelpful! The manager told me that she did not know the corporates number. This is after she continued to speak over me and not try to help the issue at all. I will never be going back to this store for any reason. They told me they could fix a problem that the clearly could not. In my opinion the deserve no star from me at ALL!

That was the worst Chinese food I ever ate , the chow mein noodles was way over cooked .. The choices (the sides) was dry & over cooked also , dont eat the chicken egg rolls .. Like eating a roll of hair stuffed with processed meat , I threw it to the neighbors dog & he spit it out .. Eat at own risk !!!!! Definitely wont be going back !!!!

I really like this place, but you cannot compare it to a more sit down or call and order type of Asian cuisine. Its semi buffet style but they serve you so good isnt cooked to order since in a bowl heated with hot water underneath. I stick with orange chicken and Beijing beef both are good.

Terrible for the price I had more fruit then chicken. The fried rice was literally cooked dry enough to chip your teeth on. The spring rolls are probably the best item that I had ordered. Which by the way cost like 25 cents each to make. We paid forty dollars for three unsatisfactory meal.

The 2 chicken dishes I had were all very small overcooked over sauced hard bites. The fried rice was very lack luster and the add on chicken eggroll tasted awful with consistency of canned cat food. Dont bother, just get your local Chinese food restaurant, costs the same and way better.

Never had panda express before, but i have to say...i was pleasantly surprised. Spring rolls were ok but the honey walnut shrimp was excellent and the orange chix was good. Hubby lived black pepper chix. Clean and reletivelt quick for how busy they were.

Big portions, but the food was absolutely disgusting. I will never go back to this place. The Kung Pao chicken tasted like rubber. The orange chicken was extra fried and it was like I was eating a rock when biting into it. I will never be back!

Their food is good, plus they will give you a sample of any of their dishes (on a toothpick) so that you dont have to get stuck with a meal that initially sounded like a good thing at first, but turned out that you didnt quite like it.

Chow mein was cold and noodles were hard. Chicken was cold and tough. All of our food was cold. Definitely not worth all the money I paid for our meals! Staff was very friendly though. Very disappointed other than the staff.

Well lit and comfortable. Service is decent. The food is American-Chinese so its like taco bell is to Mexican food. That being said it have a unique style and flavor that has me visiting at least once a week.

Felt like the employees were very unorganized and werent able to make the line go fast and easy. The person making my plate took way too long on putting peoples food on the plate and seemed unorganized

Showed up at 11:10 at the drive thru (open at 11) I waited there for probably 5 minutes before someone told me they were closed and were open later. I will take my money and eat from the competition.

Food is very expensive for the very, very small portions. Taste is okay, but I will not be returning to Panda Express ever! I will stick to my little mom and pop Chinese carry out in the future!

Tried it 2 times in 2 different weeks , over all the food is good for the value of money , noodles is better than the rice , however portions varies depending on the person helping you

Very expensive for the very poor quality. Orange chicken was cold and hard. Could barely chew it. Steak was all fatty. We will NOT be back! Employees were arguing with each other!

Small amount of food given ("plate" size), where you couldve gotten more for your buck at another chinese restaurant. Not going back again, unless its through their drive-thru.

My friends really like this place but when i went it was not that good. The chicken was just a lot of breeding and not much meat. Maybe it was just the one time idk.

Who doesnt like quick serve Chinese food? What I like most about this establishment is their consistency. Most always the same product every time. Orange chicken.
