I ordered a meat lovers pizza, add pineapple. They forgot to put the pineapple on it. When I called and told them, they were so kind and apologetic for the mistake. Not even 10 minutes later they were at my door with the replacement and didnt ask for the mistake pizza back. Great job guys! Edit a few weeks later every visit Ive had since has had something wrong with it. Today my wings were tiny, and my fries tastes like they were cooked yesterday, after waiting over an hour for my order.

Very disappointed! The large is now the size of a medium. When I asked the lady about it she said both the large and medium have 8 sizes, but they cut the medium slices skinnier. WHAT? I ordered my pizza online and requested extra sauce, and they gave me very light to no sauce. There were portions of the pizza that had NO CHEESE or toppings, and the taste was subpar. Needless to say I will not order pizza from there anymore, however the honey BBQ wings were good.

Im always so torn by this place. The lunch buffet doesnt match Cottage Inn and the evening crew is not great but they get the job done. All of that said, if you go during the week and its during the daytime, the day staff is on point. Jill always does an amazing job making sure everything is great. I will only go when I see her van parked out front.

If I could give it a damn ZERO I would. I have TRIED to order from this place THREE separate times and all THREE times they havent had a delivery driver who SHOULD be there to do their damn JOB. So all of my orders are cancelled even though they are in the system on time etc. It is absolutely infuriating. Staff your damn store properly!

Waited over an hour for our food. Finally called, and they insisted that someone had called and cancelled the order (which obviously we did not). Treated me like a liar and made no real effort to rectify the situation. Just a fake empty half apology. Will not be eating at this Pizza Hut again. TERRIBLE management, TERRIBLE customer service!

This Pizza Hut is dirty the workers dont wear gloves or hair nets...Also, they are argumentative and changed what was advertised on the dinner box coupon and said you can only have one topping which was not true...clearly customer service training is needed at this Belleville Pizza Hut...

Customer service from tracy was terrible. she was very rude and acted very impatient when called...very rude... Someone else will gladly take your spot seeing your customer service skills are not par. The pizza dough tasted old, and undercooked. Dont buy here.

There is no allergy menu. I was told to check the website and could not find the info there either. 1 of our party had to go across the street to Tim Hortons and get something there.
