Just went through the drive through. Shame on me for going at a busy hour. Not only did they cattle me through, but they didnt give me my drink or salad! I asked if there was chick fil a sauce and the kid relplied without even looking (no there was none). THEN I called to tell them, hoping to resolve it (I wasnt mad, just wanted to get my salad and drink) and she asked if I could call back when it wasnt so busy!! Now I am mad! You do not treat people like that! You get your efficiency to the point where you forget its actual people you are working with. Shame on you.

Avoid the drive through unless you have 20 plus minutes. They are a victim of their own success. Recently reconfigured their drive through to a double lane & incidence of incorrect orders has increased. Staff are great and hardworking and extremely polite. Management is superb. Hopefully they are able to move cars quicker as they learn the quirks of their new drive through. I love this place & will keep going. Ill just go inside to order.

Dont get me wrong I love CFA. But I just tried to take my 3yo to play in the play area and it was a complete mad house. It was full of kids 6 years and older fighting and kicking. I talked to the manager and told him that kids are getting hurt. He said, its not my fault, the parents are suppose to monitor them. Well, it may not be your fault, but it is your problem. Needless to say, I will never go back with my family to THIS CFA.

20-30 min wait is common. The managers arent used to the new volume of the restaurant and they run out of staple products that you would not think they should run out of – like biscuits and chicken and fountain drinks. Like you cant get a chicken biscuit. At 9:30 AM. They closed for remodeling this summer and reopened under the pretense that they would have a better faster business. They now serve you twice as slow.

This is my Chik-fil-A of choice. I go through the drive-through every day before work and the staff is always friendly and courteous. Because I am a regular customer, I have had my meal for free three times since the beginning of the year. They seem to really care about their customers and appreciate repeat business. Im very happy that the folks that work at this location are the ones closest to where I live :)

This place has gotten even better since their renovation! EVERY single person inside is incredibly friendly and helpful! Food is always delicious as well! People who are complaining about the wait times need to take off their blinders. Anytime Im inside, I see the kitchen packed full of people, so the employees are busting their butts to make sure the food is coming out. Ill always make this my favorite location.

Never had an issue with this Chik-fil-A-- friendly people, good service, excellent food. Have been for breakfast and lunch several times and never had an issue. My wife forgot her purse once and an employee found it and put it in the store safe for her. Thats pretty awesome. They play christian music over the in-store radio, which is kind of offputting, but other than that, no issues with this store.

Not impressed. Ordered a grilled club. Person who took my order did awesome. I get back to work and find I have a spicy deluxe. Call to tell them they made a mistake. I cant leave work again wont do anything for tomorrow for me wants to send cupons. Really so I go hungry and thats how you want to fix the issue. To think I came in with an order of over $100 just a few weeks ago. That wont happen again.

Using the app for curbside "faster" service is ridiculous to say the least. Ive been here waiting for close to 10 min now. There are very few people in the drive thru as well. I could have gone around the drive thru 2-3 times in the time this "faster" service takes. If youre going to offer a faster service, at least put some effort into making it work. I expect better from Chick-fil-A.

I am extremely disappointed in this Chick-fil-A. There is a young blonde haired manager who is always rude and acting weird. Hes consistently treated me significantly different than other customers of another color. Im a WOC and I didnt appreciate his attitude. However, I do want to say the other staff and managers are nice. They also dont fill your cup with too much ice.

The customer service here is horrible! I submitted a mobile order. Went in and picked it up only to get back to my car and notice there was an item missing. I go back in and the guy made it seem like it was nothing. No "I apologize for the error or inconvenience". I wasnt looking for anything free CFA employee just accountability that my order was incomplete.

Cant go wrong with Chick-fil-A because, "Its ________ delicious!", but with great popularity comes great drive through lines and scarce parking. They do a great job by having employees outside to assist and expedite the lines but sometimes I just dont have the time to wait.

Good albeit expensive food, everyone and I mean everyone uses the drive thru service so the lobby is usually pretty empty. Consistent accuracy on orders and courteous staff to make your visit pleasant. Also has an indoor play area to leave your smaller guests!

This Chick-fil-a always disappoints! Their chicken always has a rubber feel to it. Like it’s not fully cooked or maybe over cooked. I know they use pressure cookers but something is up. Though gut the remodel might fix the problem but no such luck

This Chick-Fil-A has the lunch rush down to a science. Ive seen other locations crash and burn during the busy times, but this one gladly accepts the challenge. One of the few restaurants around with a giant Play Place for the kids! Love it!

Boy does this place get packed. There was a line of 20 cars outside and about 20 people inside and yet they still make the experience enjoyable. Food still came out quick and hot. Employees were eager to help at any time. A+ for service.
