I went to watch the cavs game Thursday, April 20th, and there was this seat I was waiting for but couldnt tell if someone had claimed it since there hand was on it. This other guy sat in it, and then left for over 45 minutes. I sat down, the score went from like 50-85: he tried to start a fight with me because he was a regular and its "always his seat." I at first said he was gone for over 45 minutes, but then didnt move or say anything as he pushed me and made a scene. The bar staff asked me to get out the seat because they didnt want any trouble. I decided to leave period and closed out. The guy smack me in the back and pushed me and said "Its good I learned how to g be people respect." It was a disgusting experience.

stopped in to get a bit to eat..around 9pm last Thursday..Sat on the small deck..waited about 8-10 mins befor somebody came over..asked for a sprite n menu. came back promptly w both..looked over the menu and sat there for over 15 mins..she never came back nor saw her walking around..ridiculous! needless to say I left!! i could see if they were busy..but were literally only 10 people there..also undercooked another customers pizza, then they put the pizza back in the oven after it was cut and 2 pieces were missing to cook it more! lol smh any cook will tell ya how that was gonna turn out..plop now they had to wait even longer for a while new pizza to be made..horrible will not go back

NEVER WITNESSED THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IN MY LIFE! Cant seem to keep the same waitresses from one week to the next. MGR (Shelley) will get to you when its convenient for her...UGH! She even treats regulars like they are breaking into "her" time of doing something more important. The food is excellent but, they will never make it with this type of service. The owner/owners really need to take notice. The phone number listed is never answered either. Dont bother-the phone is picked up and dropped back down when you call-repeatedly. What if it was an emergency??? NICE knowing the dollar is more important than the people there!

Love wagon wheel. Very accomadating with your food order, will adjust per "the way you want it,". Yes, very busy but people. Atmosphere and, most importantly, the servers..are so friendly and engaging. A bar that you can call your "Cheers" bar...where everyone knows your name. Thank you to all at:wagon wheel.!!!

We had first received dirty glasses served by a older blonde hair lady. When we asked her name she refused to tell us but later found it was Shelly?. We watched her refuse service to an African-American man without reason, so we walked out. She is racist and we will be telling everyone not to go here.

My first and most likely last time here, My husband and I were waited on by a older short haired blonde lady. She was very rude, making us wait for drinks and our food, which we could see dying away in the window. Despite the awful service the food was excellent.

A neat pub around the corner of two streets. Can be tough to spot if u are not acquainted with the area. The cost is easy on the wallet. The place has decent music and ambience rustic. Good choice of beers and limited food options.

Wonderful! The outside deck and open bar area are perfect for enjoying a fine cigar, a refreshing cocktail and tanfastic food while catching the Tribe ! Oh yea, the staff are sooooo smooth and professional! Enjoy!
