Wanted to try a different pizza place tonight, so I thought Id give Donatos a shot. What a mistake! Upon walking into the store, I noticed nobody behind the counter. Seen a worker walk right past me, but didnt even acknowledge my presence. They clearly werent busy at all. I stood there for a good 5 min before a young girl greeted me at the counter. To my dismay, she told me to hold on a minute. Again, I waited for another 5 min. It actually couldve been longer than that. Im just giving them the benefit of the doubt. So basically I just stood there watching my pizza get colder by the minute. Long story short, I left & took my talents to Jets Pizza right down the street where they never disappoint. Do better, Donatos! Customer service goes a long way!

Pizza is always good, never really had a problem there, but I can never order online to take advantage of the online coupon. You add it to the order and it gives you an error message. It says order a large pizza get breadsticks for $1.99. I order a large pizza, add the breadsticks and nothing happens but ERROR message. Been like this for a few months and I always end up having to call in to give my order and they wont honor the online deal unless you order online. I told them it doesnt work when you order online. Been like this for months. But they still wont honor the online coupon. Looks like its time to go elsewhere. Too bad too, I liked the pizza. Usually get it 2 to 3 times a month. Not anymore.

Pizza is actually great. The level of organization and professionalism is worse than a team of illegal gangbangers. 7th instance I had with this Parma location and Ive only ordered 7 times. Maybe they should hire more honest people and people with better morals. They are always running behind its sad. When they promise pizza in 20 minutes and it takes more than 1 hour, I expect free pizza.

Pizza took almost 2 hours to arrive. When it did I called bc it was room temperature. I am told that it should have been here by now and that the driver has been on his way for a long time. I am then told that the pizza shouldnt be cold bc it was just cut. If it was just cut then why has it been on its way for a long time. Dont lie to your customers. First and last time I order from here.

Everytime we call late on a sunday at 9 pm , we dont see them at all then when we call back looking for our pizza they clam we didnt place an order thus is the 2nd time thus has happened to me at the parma loction at ridge road they need to revamp there staff and get people in there that care more then a pay check .better yet close them down , they dont deserve to be in business. ...

Pizza was ok but NEVER get the salad, pepperoni was burnt called and got told thats how it comes and I asked for blue cheese dressing five times while ordering because the lady on the phone couldnt figure out how to operate the new computers... but somehow I got stuck with lite Italian dressing. Probably will be my last time getting Donatos.

Ordered approx. 9pm. 1 large the works, big don italiano sub, cinnamon bricks street bread, and a deluxe stromboli. Order arrived almost an hour later, cold pizza. Cold stromboli, and burnt brick street bread. Weak stromboli.....Unacceptable in every way possible 31 bucks and I tipped over 3 bucks. NOT GOOD.

Since we have none closer to us than here we always visit at least once while in Cleveland. Never had a problem with this location and still counting. Had the new meatball sharable. Wife thought it was a little spicy but I loved it. Caprese salad was fresh and or thin pizza was jyst the way we expected it.

I always buy pizza from this location my favorite pizza is Chicken Spinach Mozzarella™ best pizza ever. Usually people writing reviews when something wrong I want leave best , great feedback. Pizza always comes out fresh. Customer service is great . Keep doing great team work guys !

After living out of state for the past ten years, I was looking forward to Donatos more than anything else. It lived up to everything I hoped. This is the best pizza, and the Parma location was great! Great pizza, great service!!

If you eat in or pick up, the pizza is pretty good, but their delivery is awful. It always takes longer than expected and the pizza is usually luke warm by the time it gets to you. Its a shame because it wasnt always like this.

Very disappointed with this location. I live 4 minutes away and they told me they dont deliver and has been to my house plenty of times. I will never get anything from this location again- what a shame. I like Donatos.

I LIKE DONATOS DONT GET ME WRONG BUT WHEN IT COMES TO PIZZAA...THEY DONT HAVE ENOUGH CHEESE...I TASTE CRUST MORE THEN CHEESE..SORRY JUST MY OPINION.ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10 BEING GOOD...THERE TASTE IS A 6.5 MAYBE A 7

Food was decent, its like papa johns or any of those fast food pizza places. Nothing special but its a little oily, so you could spend some time in the bathroom after eating :(
