Friday night about 7pm - This place is walking distance from my house, so I figured Id give it a try. On walking in, first let me say it was so hot in there that no one would want to dine-in (and given the location, that may be intentional). There was only 1 young lady working, and she looked extremely busy, but hey, Friday night. The pizza was eh, I mean Id rate it a low 6 out of 10, so thats not bad, however I can say that the Little Ceasars deep deep dish (when you order it made fresh) I think, is better so you can take that as you will. The sauce at Ohio City Pizzeria tastes like it is homemade, almost marinara in style. I could taste bits of onions, so I liked that. The crust was good too, I wound up eating it instead of giving it to the birds. Pizza was actually better the next day, oven-reheated with some mushrooms on top, olive oil etc. - but thats true of a lot of pizza. Overall, Id go here again. Next time would order with extra cheese and maybe another topping to give it some more flavor.

I ordered a pizza and they told me 40 minutes to deliver. I waited over an hour and called them to see where my pizza was at. The lady who took my call was disrespectful and extremely rude. At one time she began yelling at me on the phone. She said the driver had tried to call my phone which was not true. After telling her my phone number four more times she finally said "thats not the number on the order" and began to blame me for it being wrong on the order slip. By this point in time I had had enough. Finally she said "what do you want me to do?" and then hung up on me. A pizza then showed up and hour after this lovely phone call! What an experience! I actually worked in a pizza shop for five years and understand that things can and do go wrong but you never treat your customers this way.

Ive ate there twice, and both times we had wonderfull and comfortable service, I love the fact how they let you grab your own cans of pop, and have as much as you want, everybody who is traveling to Cleveland ohio and absolutely wants good and fresh pizza pasta and original atmosphere, THIS IS YOUR PLACE! ENJOY!

Toppings: from a can Sauce: tastes average, like from a can Crust: greasy, sometimes a bonus. Delivery time for us has always been terrible, although I cant figure out why. Were a block away. Still, somehow, its not all that bad. Its just that there are better options.

Worst place to order pizza from. They called me back to confirm the order and i confirmed the order. My wife went to pick up the order and they didnt put in the oven until we showed up. They are rude, place stinks, and we went some where else.
