So my husband and I are from out of town, we hadnt eaten almost the entire trip and when we seen these good reviews and ratings, we thought well its a local company which usually means they are family oriented, caring, and 90% of the time much better than eating anywhere else. $30 later we get a pizza that was cold, soggy, covered in grease to the point there were puddles on top of the pizza and "bone out wings" that were frozen (again,soggy) chicken strips that were also cold. My husband (below, James) actually had to spit out his food. I normally dont write bad reviews, and it takes A LOT to get me upset but. When I called (not asking for my money back or free food) to just let them know that it is misleading to put on your website that you get 10 bone out wings for $10 when in actuality they give you very cheaply made undercooked frozen chicken strips. 5 of them. And the guy was very rude making it out like I just wanted to complain. No, I wanted to be able to eat the food that we paid for when we could have went to a sit down restaurant for less. The manager calls my husband who was in the shower and asks what the issue with our food was. I tell him, just trying to be honest, and I do not get an apology or "this is not the kind of service we strive to provide" all he said was have a great day as he hung up. Very disappointed.

The only reason they are getting 1 star is because 0 stars isnt an option. We are from out of town and went based off reviews, which was obviously a mistake. The reviews on this establishment are obviously fake. I actually wasted 30 dollars for them to delivery this trash.Worst pizza Ive ever ate. Ive had better frozen pizzas. Also ordered bone out wings (10) and got 5 soggy frozen chicken tenders. The guy was a prick when my wife called to ask why we got tenders in stead of wings. Then hung up on her. If you ever find your self in Tavares Florida eat a handful of sand before considering eating at this garbage they are trying to pass off as food.

I just wrote this review on this pizza joint and all that I said is God Honest true. This manager just called my phone four times blowing it up because I would not answer it. Finally I called and asked why he was harassing me. He wanted to know why I called him an A hole. Well pal, you earned that title deservingly. Suck it up buttercup. I then tried to call you back to calmly talk to you but you liked and said you werent there after just talking to me on your phone that you called ME on. Like I said, Facebook is a wonderful thing.

Cold Pizza
We just left and we drooled over our Pepperoni Stromboli and a Small Supreme Pizza. They were both hot, fresh and delicious. The crust was perfect too, nice and crispy golden brown not burnt like a lot of pizza parlors. We cant say enough about how impressed we were with the appearance, taste and quality of our food. The staff was also Awesome nice courteous and very happy and polite. This is our new favorite Pizza Parlor. We just wish the restaurant was bigger so to have sit down service But it is perfect. Thank you :).

Thank you Steve for your amazing service. Good to see someone take pride in their business. Pizza was exactly what I requested and very tasty. Id recommend this pizza joint to anyone. Just ordered a supreme and it was amazing. Best pizza in town. No comparison. Another update. This restaurant continues to impress. Just ate one of the best antipasto salads Ive ever had, fresh green leaf romain and veggies mixed with amazing chicken wings. Put this place in downtown New York and the line would be out the door.

When you want a good pizza you call dominos, Pizza Hut. When you want great pizza you call papa johns. That being said when youre craving a traditionally made pie with a artisan sauce and amazing flavor you come here. Ive tasted many different styles of pizza and Italian food but this one is the only one worth giving the respect of writing about.

One of the best most friendliest places I have ever been to.. Great pizza and amazing wings that touch the taste buds and make it scream for more and more.. They are also very quick on serving a customer and its done with a family like atmosphere. So I say to all go eat at big apple pizza. You wont regret it! Thanks Steve for amazing food

Everytime i have ordered food from Big Apple i have never been disappointed. The specials are affordable and the food is always great. I especially like the calzones. They have a great selection and their delivery radius is pretty reasonable. This will always be my #1 go to pizza place.

The pizzas are made to order fresh good thin crust all veggies are on bottom of cheese which makes them very good. The sauce is very tasty.the owner of this shop is very nice we had to have 10 for a funeral and he was so nice to do it fast and delivered they are great.

Broken no more survivor
This place really exceeded my expectations! The food is flavorful and the staff are great. When we get delivery it is never more than 30 minutes... And with 3 hungry kids that is always a plus in my book. I would recommend Big Apple Pizza to any and everyone.

My boyfriend goes here very often but this was my first trip and I have to say I had a very pleasant experience here and the food was very good. Definitely go the owner is terrific and the food is good. Great whole in the wall

One of the best pizza and wing places Ive visited. The pizza is outstanding and their cheese steak stromboli is amazing. I drive 35 minutes from Orlando to eat here and recommend this place to everyone I talk to.
