Update - 6/5/2016 just took rating down from 4 stars to 1. This place taken a nose dive in quality over thd past 3 months. We ordered General Tsos and ended up with a lot of chunks of fried breading with very little chicken. Thought it was a fluke and gave it another try...it has even less chicken just a lot of large pieces of fried breading! We jokingly started calling it General Tsos No Chicken Chicken! We really liked the place so as a last ditch effort we ordered again, this time we ordered Mongolian beef....figuring we wouldnt have the same problem since it wasnt breaded and fried.....WRONG...we ended up with a very floor full dish of sauce and a ton of onions....very little beef...like there was more meat in their fried rice than the Mongolian beef! We really wanted to like Hop Hing and gave them the benefit of the doubt. But we wont be back Great food and portions. Always fresh and never greasy. Have been here several times and the food has been consistant. Fast service! Have had the General Tsos, Mu Shu Pork and Pepper Steak....all very flavorful. Pepper steak is really tender, which was a nice Suprise compared to others we have had. Egg rolls and fried rice is also very good!

Customer service specifically the owners attitude is outstanding. In our experience with the multitude of fast food chinese restaurants, when asking for a special order, like substituting chicken fried rice ISO pork fried rice in a combo meal, a blatant NO or hassle always prevails. Or, a Yes, but that will cost you a few bucks extra. Couple the outstanding customer service with non-greasy and steamed food options, we love Hop Hing for all the above. Its top notch ITO food quality, customer service, price and even value. However, we dont mind paying extra or waiting time for any of the above.

This place is really good. They give you very large portions.... may not be the best thing for a diet.... but I alwasy make two meals out of it. The food is great I always get either the chicken seaseme or the pepper steak which are both delicious as well as the cashew chicken. I highly suggest getting the beef Lo-Main( the best ive had) and if you like soup the wonton is real good, i mean as good as wonton soup can get i guess. Give it a GO

Ive been coming her for years and thier food is excellent. I have never had a bad meal and my son and i eat here weekly. The food is fresh and the place is clean. Customer service is excellent. From the first week we started coming to Hop Hing, Elaine and her husband have known our name and have treated us like family. Id refer them to anyone

Best rice I have tasted since I moved from NYC . Im new to this place but went on a Sunday the food was really good bc 3 male cooks cooked the food. Then went on a Friday this Chinese lady cooked it w some male cook and the food was not good. I was disappointed because it was good on Sunday but horrible on the next Friday.

Very good food, quick turnaround, and packaged well for pick up. One of the best Chinese Food takeouts in the area, if not the best. If it were a couple bucks cheaper or offered a nice sit-down atmosphere, it would be hands down a 5-star experience.

I love chicken ho fun (wide rice noodles)...Also sesame chicken. These are the two things I get when i like to treat myself once in a while. The portions are very large. This meals feeds probably 4 people... The people there are very nice too.

Wow - the BEST wonton soup. The rice is so clean and tastey!!! Please try the Wonton Soup if NOTHING else!!!! Well worth the drive from anywhere. There are 3-4 tables if you wish to dine in. They do NOT deliver. Polite staff!!!
