On july 26th we pulled in and docked for a min to ask if we can get some ice, we forgot to pick it up on our way in. Once we did that We Were told that we have to leave immediately since we do not have a slip there. No one wanted to stay there anyway, its the way you greet someone and the way you present your self and the facility you work for makes a huge difference. I felt embarrassed my frieds from South Carolina just totally were disappointed the way we were treated. That goes without saying would I recommend for anyone to go there NO... I may not have the biggest boat but Also I dont have the smallest one eather . It really dose not matter costumer service is how one will attract others not by being rude.

Please feel free to stop in for the POOREST service on LAKE ERIE! Please join us where transient mariners are told there is NOWHERE to dock...despite the ample amount of empty docks and barstools and dining spaces. Gee whiz i wish i could just get my 6 year old daughter some lunch. Hmmm...just wondered if this what they had in mind for WENDY PARK when they donated it for public use? spend your boating dollar elsewhere because they do not want it here.

Awesome place to go on a beautiful day especially if theres a band playing and there usually is during the day and at night. There is a beautiful view of Lake Erie and all the yachts docked. The seating is mostly picnic tables and always a good atmosphere. Also, usually the cornhole boards are out and they just recently put in a stand that sells smoothies with a pineapple as the cup. Cool spot ! And allows dogs !

We are told there are no available docks...you could see a ton of empty ones. Friends rent two docks which left room for our jet skis. We dock there and they attempt to tow them! I email the manager and he lies through his teeth and tells me I am no longer welcome at his facility. Is this the place you want to spend your hard earned money? I think not!!!! Stay away!!!

Nothing better than hanging out by the water! Awesome atmosphere! They have bands on the weekends! Indoor and outdoor bar! Picnic tables and outdoor grills available. Beach volleyball also available here! I went at night to hang out at the bar and went again the very next day with the kids to have a picnic at the lakefront! ABSOLUTELY love it there!

Unfortunately its not what it used to be. Prior to the Metroparks owning it you used to be able to walk around the park with open beverages now theyre a little more restrictive. Plus the food has also gone down hill in options. Its a fantastic place though with great views and a great atmosphere.

The food was mediocre and the service was as well. Once the place got busier, it felt like our server was trying to push us out the door. Never offered refills of drinks, etc. Burger was underwhelming , and fries were about what I could pickup at McDonalds

Sadly I normally have a good time here. It seems they forgot summer is around the corner and service is really horrible today. Being told kitchen keeps closing and cant order food. Will think twice about meeting friends and family down here again.

Love the Whisky Island Still & Eatery, there is no place I would rather spend a summer evening enjoying great food and entertainment. The staff is friendly and accommodating. And you wont find better fresh Lake Erie Perch - its simply delicious.

It is a very cool spot to visit. However, I dont consider this place safe. Few times I went the place was crawling with junkies that were hiding between buildings. I enjoyed the view when alone, but would not take my family here.

This place should be called Crapicana! The food was awful. There were 6 of us and only the pulled pork buritto was good. Wings awful ! Fish taco had frozen fish in the center! The ribs shoe Leather made my friend SICK!!

Updated since I was last there, 8 years ago. Still 7 sand volleyball courts nearest lake. Outdoor bar and tables are great atmosphere to look at boats and lake Erie. I must see to Cleveland trip.
