Went for takeout today, placed order, after I paid was informed it would take additional 7 minutes for chicken, was told to park in front food would be brought out. Their air conditioning was not working so they had a note on the door turning everyone away from dining inside, so drive through were the only customers being served. I waited over 20 minutes before I lost patience and banged on the door showing my receipt. My food was immediately brought to the door, so it had been sitting in there for a while. When I got home the steak I ordered was Extremely Spicy and the asparagus was dry and woody . The steak dish was NOT listed as a spicy dish. My husband did not like the chicken I waited so long for either. I will not go to that restaurant ever again, The Happy Star on Euclid Ave has better food and a more reasonable price. So to sum up my experience with Panda Express, very poor service, bad food, high prices, I wont be back. It doesnt deserve the 1 star I was forced to give in order to post this review

Arrived at 9pm with 3 ppl in front of my family of 5 and a total of at least 7 ppl behind us within 10 minutes time to have a few entrées to order from. I asked if there was more of a entrée I wanted and the girl looked back and just said no and stayed there was probably enough for me with there being only a few small bites of beef. By the time we sat down with our stale tasting rice and chicken there was at least 5 ppl in line and a woman went behind the counter and told the other staff they should have more food out than what they had. We paid 40$ for a meal that was very distasteful. I really expected fresher Chinese food but I actually get better Chinese food at the Johnson City Mall food court. If it wasnt for the woman that stepped behind counter to tell the kitchen staff they should have more food no one that came on behind us would have fresh food. We leave here at 945 with cement for stomachs and for them to lock the door behind us. Growing pains?

The staff is very rude and there food is stale . I ordered pepper chicken with chao mein. The staff guy scraped whatever few small bits were left and threw them on my noodles. I asked him for a chicken egg roll he said that it would take 7 minutes when I could clearly see an egg roll right in front of me I asked him if I could have that one, he said how do you expect me to see that fr where Im standing. The chicken was extremely oily, salty and burnt. Staff uses inappropriate gestures in front of kids , no senior manager was present and if there was anyone they need to be fired. 5th September 2016 incident. Appears from prior comments, nothing has improved.

This Panda Express is disgusting. My family was staying at the Hampton Inn across the Freeway and I went to pick up food. As I was selecting items a worker walked up to the serving line with a bowl from which she was eating. She then used her fork to put more food in her bowl right off the line! I asked the girl serving me and she said "well, she is on break". I guess if you are on break you can just gobble it down at the serving line. This happened July 6th, Wednesday. I asked for a manager and was told they dont have one.

We have been here a number of times since it opened. The excitement of an opening in this area was matched with great food. We visited again a few weeks later and the service level had dropped; but, was acceptable. We went back today. One family and the two of us were all that sat in the dining room. The mens bathroom - dirty. The floor - dirty. The table - minimum clean. NO ICE. I will not spend $10 a person here anymore. Far too many other fine establishments would rather garnish our time and dollars a breath away.

We were in route from PA to Nashville, TN, and stopped for dinner and restroom break. The dining room was comfortable and the bathrooms were pretty clean. It wasnt crowded so that was nice. The servers were not very friendly or helpful, and the food was okay. It was probably sitting there for awhile. But theres enough of a selection to get something you like. Weve eaten at several Panda Express locations over the years and they are usually a little better than this one was.

The food was terrible, the noodles were dry, had a weird after taste, like ramen. I paid for a premium side, and got a smaller portion of it than the regular entree item. The service was terrible and the restaurant was dirty, not a single clean table and maybe 3 people working on a Saturday night. I understand this is an "express" restaurant, but I couldve spent less and went almost anywhere else in the shopping center for dinner. This was my first and LAST visit.

Check your order before leaving the drive through. They forgot to include a $5 Beijing beef and noodles bowl on my $50 order and didnt believe me when it was pointed out. Talked to three people including the owner who said hed check the security cameras. I guess he put it in someone elses bag but nevertheless, he didnt replace my order or refund the money. You think we will continue to spend $50 at a time there?

Great food; you can see the staff constantly making fresh food to bring to the line. The stay busy during lunch and supper times making service a little slow. But if you are in a hurry they have a drive threw. I would give then 5 stars, but there parking lot needs a little work. There is one way in and one way out. With two rows of parking in front of the establishment. Making is difficult to enter and leave.

Food was good but the dining room looked like it hadnt been cleaned in awhile. We were the only customers in the store. One server stepped over food and napkins on the floor 4 times and I had to wipe the table off before we sat down. We saw the cook cleaning the kitchen area, which was the saving grace. Well try it again, but if the dining room is the same as it was today, well find another place to eat.

I ordered chicken teriyaki- I asked for teriyaki sauce. I was told it was being made. I went back to the counter three times checking on the status. Each time I was told "I dont know let me check ". On each request I never got a response. Needless to say I never got the sauce for my meal. I feel that this is poor service. Certainly not a way to treat a customer

DO NOT GO THERE, especially after 8:30 pm, food is not worth the price they charge you after this time, and the restaurant inside had trash on the floor with food crumbs on most of the table. There was no excuse for this considering they were not even busy. Employees were rude and standing around talking rather then taking pride in the food or service.

Found a hair in my mixed veggies, lost my appetite and had to get something else. The young lady behind the counter refunded me my money and gave me a differ plate. No questions asked! She said that is not acceptable and it should not happen. Would come back, these things happen and its how you respond that can affect your business!
