Went in today and bought 3 unsweetened iced teas. Got to my car and took a drink and all 3 ended up being sweet. So I took them back in and explained that they had given me sweet tea on accident and the lady who served it told me she got it from the unsweetened tea machine. The manager came over and tried a cup and said that it tasted fine. Another worker poured some in a cup and let me try and asked if thats how mine tasted and I said "yes, it tastes like sweet tea." The manager again told me thats just how it tastes. Funny because i get it here all the time and it never does. Another employee said I was the second person who brought it back and after trying it he agreed that it tasted sweet, perhaps its a sign that theres an issue? The manager finally concluded that "well someone must have made a mistake." Never once was there an attempt to make fresh tea or solve the problem, just "meh, sorry about your luck."

Bought a vanilla latte in the drive-through. Ended up tasting watered-down and cup wasnt full. I thought they had just accidentally made it incorrectly. Im usually dont make a big deal about such things but it wasnt any good, so I decided to turn around and go back. They were fairly friendly about replacing it, this time filling it all of the way, and I opted for caramel instead. Well turns out, they must not have accidentally made a mistake on the first drink, I think they just make bad tasting lattes in general. Wont be heading back, at least not for coffee.

Was just in this store. Busy enough, but the employees were so unfriendly. About 7 or 8 of them in total. NOT a single one of them acknowledged me or any other customer in the store, nor did any of them wear s smile on their face. The one girl i asked for a specific item, acted as if it was a chore to find the answer for me, once she did find the answer she just walked away as if she was done with me. I had planned on getting a rather large order, but with customer service like that, NO THANK YOU!!

Went in a few nights back, the manager was completely rude was on her phone the whole time, doesnt care what her employees do she just wanted to rush me along told her it was to eat in and she rolled her eyes, the morning shift is so much nicer

For me, its all about the iced caps! I also enjoy the breakfast wraps--they serve them until 5:00 p.m.! i usually go inside where it is clean and comfortable. Washrooms are also clean.

Love Tim Hortons. I get an Iced Coffee to take to work every day and the price is better than any other coffee shop around. Note to corporate: Bring back the Mint Flavoring Please

Very slow drive thru service, poor service. Horrible experience and that is a lot to say coming from a loyal Tim Hortons customer. I will never visit this store again.
