I want to start off this review by saying I eat Zifers (in Dover) all the time. Good food, good prices. This is specifically for the New Philadelphia (CARRY OUT ONLY) store. I called in 2 orders of rigatoni and was told it would be over an hour. Ive worked in many food serving establishments.. I understand each is different, and have different capabilities and ways of operation. However, I also know over an hour for 2 pasta dinners is absurd. I came in after waiting 40 minutes just to make sure my food wasnt getting cold because they over-quoted the time it would take. They hadnt even put it in yet. Told me is was for 8 oclock and they hadnt even started it yet.. like.. are ya kidding me? I could have ordered from the Dover store, drove over, drove home, and eaten before they even started on my order at the New Phila location. Pathetic.

Unique pizza unlike any other Ive had the past 20 years. Its a thick, crunchy crust with cheddar cheese and red sauce and then your toppings. The salads, while not terribly fancy, are great with the house dressing. I suggest a pepperoni and hamburger pizza or just pepperoni to try. Carry out only.

Never disappointed. Been getting pizza here 35+ years. My opinion the best pizza. Not the ordinary run of the mill pizza. A little higher price than national chains, but a lot higher quality and taste. Well worth the money. My favorite pizza since forever :)

Pizza crust is horrible. This is not hand made crust but Comes precooked in plastic bags from •Orlando" baking co. And American cheese slices on pizza
