This has been the worse experience ever purchasing from Pizza Hut. Yesterday, I ordered online as usual and due to buying a lot of pizza pies in Miami, I was given a free cheese bread stick, which at the end of my purchase as I was checking the difference between carryout & delivery price got lost in the transaction, but once I called the place to confirm my order I explained the situation gave the code for the free item, and I got the rudest manager I had to deal with by the name of Magie or Margie or some like that, at the end she did not honored the free item, but I got my order with bad attitude. Once I arrived to the place, I got the worse Pan Super supreme missing cheese in the middle for 3 slides and missing item like black olives, and meat, essential items that makes the Super Supreme pizza. Finally, again the same manager offered to do another pizza herself, which was the worse pan pizza saggiest dough, which looked like a hand tossed crust, some of the items where tossed on top as it was put on an already done pizza not from a pizza done from scratched. I lived in Italy for 2 years and I know about a pizza very well, this has been the worse experience ever. If I could not give a star I would not give anything at all. Do not buy from this place, The worse place ever. I will complain to the management about this experience. I will never buy from this place ever.

Ordered Dinner Big Box for delivery; consisting of two pepperoni pizzas (regular sauce, regular cheese, regular pepperonis), CHEESE sticks, and wings. Upon delivery- which took OVER an hour, we immediately noticed that there was NO CHEESE on the CHEESE sticks that we paid EXTRA for. There was also NO MARINARA sauce that was supposed to come with the cheese sticks. There were FIVE wings which we thought was odd so we called the location we ordered from- there WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SIX! The pizza barely had any sauce let alone cheese! Half of the pizza was just CRUST!!! THE WORST FOOD QUALITY EVER EXPERIENCED FROM ANY PIZZA HUT! The location offered $5 off our next order, we paid over $30 for a ruined dinner!!! To top it off- EVERYTHING was cool/room temperature and the BREAD STICKS tasted like cinnamon! Contacted corporate which emailed to say I should hear from the location within 3 business days- it has been over a week and NOTHING!

I received a late delivery from this location in June. I then received an email for two free medium pizzas as compensation. I tried to redeem it tonight at this location. The mobile site was not working so I called this store to get help. Taz, the manager on duty right now, would not help me and said that it was redeemable online only. I had to go home to make my order. The website would not allow my carryout order to be placed at the correct store. So I placed it at the Winter Park location. The website said the order was placed. I went to the Winter Park location to pick up my order but no order was in the system. Krystal, the on duty manager at Winter Park, listened to my plight and took care of my order in less than 10 minutes with no hassle!! Thank you, Krystal!

I placed an order on Thursday just passed. at 8pm I never received pizza or my refund after waiting 50 minutes /3hours I called to speak with the manager the manager wouldnt get on the phone so Im out of 35 bucks and still no pizza me and My children went to bed Hungry thanks to there service and never received pizza.im reporting this place to BBB Orlando.I never received the Big box and my children fell asleep.after 3 business days still no refund post on my card

Family orders from this Pizza Hut over and over thinking it has to get better. After about a year of disappointments we will never buy from here again. Worst Pizza ever. Over cooked, burnt toppings, the cheese never looks or taste like cheese from all the grease transforming it into mysterious white topping. Cheap frozen $1.50 store bought pizza is better than what you will get from this store. Im fedup with this crap. Never again.

So I orderd pasta a soda and cinnamon sticks. Not only did the order come super late but was missing the soda and the marinara sauce. When I called back the store I simply got told that it would be 45 minutes to get the missing items and the manager was absolutely rude. So now Im left with missing items when I just got into town and have nothing in my house

Worst customer service experience ever, I ordered from them plenty of times before online with my debit card, they refused to give me my food that I ordered with my own money. Not once they said is policy to check debit for credit cards and the day I didnt have it on me. They want to own up to a policy they seriously consistency to enforce.

Worst service, they do not how to communicate, they told me that I would be able to you get s pizza for my nephew while Im gone and didnt need to see my card, when the guy got to the house he told my nephew he needed to see the card and in the end they didnt give the pizza to him and he had nothing to eat that night. Nice going guys.

Have been getting great service for two years. Tonight the driver couldnt figure out how the gate works. After trying to explain it to him, I was cussed out. Tried calling a manager to complain, only to be hung up on. Pizza finally showed up, and it wasnt even the correct order.

There Was Hair In My Wings.So I Returned Them.I Work With Food Myself.So At My Job We Have to Wear Hairnets.So I Ask them do U Guys Wear Hairnets.Dude Said No.But At Least They Cooked New Ones For Me.They Need Hairnets Cause those Hats Dont Cover Up the Sides of there Hair.

Nothing. I ordered delivery they rang my gate and i didnt answer right away so they cancelled my order and did not even bother calling me to let me know. Should of at least left a voicemail. Never even attemoted to call. Bad service. I had to call them. Piss poor.

I was waiting for my pizza and I saw a roach on the wall. I must have yelled for someone to come for like ten minutes? Granted it was like half an hour till closing and theyre only seemed to be one guy working. This place needs to get its stuff together.

Ive worked at pizza places as a driver and you always double check your orders. Out of the last 3 orders, two of the times theyve forgotten something. Ive never had some such crappy service from one place so many times. No More chances
