25 stars! Just tried this place for the first time and omg pinch me Im dreaming. I had a make your own kafta saj wrap with pickled vegetables, parsley, red onion and tahini dressing, side of falafel and a sort of baklava. The gentleman was very helpful and patient with me as I was unfamiliar with a number of items. I honestly cant understand some of the poor reviews. People mentioned it being pricey - I got all of the above for $13. This is a beautiful location in Heathrow and the food was high quality so I believe there is incredible value here. I was disappointed to see they were closed at nine thirty last night when google said ten and the hours are not on the door but I cant even knock a half-star off for how delighted I am by my food. Ive eaten at a number of Middle Easterm places, not necessarily Lebanese but many of the menu items are familiar to Mediterranean/Persian food and this blows any of my other experiences away in terms of taste and value. So nice to have a fast-casual convenience option other than the typical old types of fare. Wow I will be eating here a lot.

First: Great falafel lunch special on Fridays. Just $6 gets you a good bowl. Other days its a bit pricy, and the vegan/vegetarian options are a little bit lacking, but the falafel, hummus, and garlic sauce make a great combination. Update: I go every week now. The food is great. I recommend mixing the garlic and hot sauce. Update 2: I am not coming here anymore. They never have the same employees, so the service is sub-par. They serve smaller portions every week. They charge for sauce now. I dont know what went wrong. Its much worse since Angel left. She provided amazing service.

Every time I come here the portions are tiny and the food taste like its been sitting, none of the workers know how to wrap a pita so when you do finally eat its falling apart in your hands. Ive tried the kebab and its always mysteriously pulled out from some compartment under the line, tastes old. Very skimpy with the sauces and more expensive than competitors. Check out tablulis cafe in altamonte springs where they cook the kebab fresh and its 3 dollars cheaper, or if youre willing to spend more, Istanbul across the street is good too.

Total 6 fries given with the burger. This place gets worse every time I go there. Last time it was burnt and I thought to myself about not coming here. I still came here one last time but the amount of food decreased and the cook kept on saying we charge more for more than one sauce in your shawarma. The restaurant looks like a run down place, the air conditioning vent was leaking. I wish I could put up a picture here of what I got served.

Lake Mary FL location had great food and nice people!! What a nice change from the 10 burger and fries places close by. I had a make your own bowl with salad, chicken and veggies with a vinaigrette dressing. I loved it. Only in town one more night but Ill go back tomorrow. Cant recommend enough, wish we had one of these in Boise Idaho!

Decent food. But this place has seriously gone downhill. The amount of food you get when you go here decreases every time. They try to charge you for every little thing. I got two things of sauce and they charge me extra. They have new employees every week because they cant keep them.

I tried both the Chicken and Beef Shawarma during lunch time. The staff behind the counter wasnt experienced enough on how to make a proper wrap. The portions were baby portions hence why I cant justify the cost. I give this place a 5-6 months before closing its doors.

Place is comfortable and seems clean but Burger meat was so hard could not enjoy it. Service was very transactional . prices are high compared to others. Dont believe I would be back. My daughters shawarma was hard old and not tasty.

Very sweet girl named Jenna(?) behind the counter taking orders and making food. Excellent flavor and truly captures the Mediterranean flavors. Would recommend to everyone! Little pricy but worth it for the authenticity!

Friendly staff and good food. Its definitely not cheap, but if youre craving fast Arabic food, its worth it. If youre looking for a large portion, stick to the entrees rather than the Chipotle-style sandwiches and bowls.

Its frustrating when you go to a restaurant that says online and on their doors that they are open until midnight, however when arriving at 11pm they are completely closed and have been for sometime already.
